  1. >Meanwhile, at Canterlot Castle.
  2. >You are Fluttershy.
  3. >And the guards have seized Anon after his tantrum.
  4. >You couldn’t blame him.
  5. >This was all your fault.
  6. >You saw the grim sadness in his eyes as he passed you.
  7. >He had all right to be mad at you.
  8. >If only you could have controlled your stupid urges…
  9. “I’m…sorry…”
  10. >Was all you managed to whisper as he passed you wordlessly.
  11. >Rarity was taking it hard…
  12. >As she should be.
  13. >Her cries echoed throughout the throne room.
  14. >Stupid stupid stupid…
  15. >But…the rest of them agreed with her…
  16. >”Princess…why?” Twilight asks, her voice hiccupping a little as the cloud of sorrow surrounds the room.
  17. >”Twilight Sparkle, my most trusted student. Please, step forward and I will explain.”
  18. >She does so.
  19. >”Anonymous the human claimed that Fluttershy was the cause of his predicament, however, according to Fluttershy’s memories, that is not the case. The five of you, however, claim otherwise.”
  20. >You nod weakly.
  21. >”If Anonymous had stayed calm, I would likely have simply read his memories.”
  22. >She glances at the broken form of Rarity.
  23. >”Though perhaps that may not have been the best idea.”
  24. >Rainbow Dash steps forward, with purpose in her step.
  25. >”Anon is telling the truth, Princess. Fluttershy was at that party. I don’t really know what happened after things settled down but you know I wouldn’t betray Anon.”
  26. >”Very well, Rainbow Dash. I owe Anonymous the same measure of equality that I show anyp0ny, I suppose.”
  27. >You have a feeling she didn’t really want to believe that.
  28. >”If you all would please be still for a moment. I will attempt to recreate the scene using all of your memories.”
  29. >She seems to concentrate for a bit, then her horn glows golden, her eyes white.
  30. >The same golden aura surrounds the other five ponies, their own eyes flashing white as well.
  31. >You sniffle, mildly confused.
  32. >Magic was weird.
  33. >A moment passes in silence, and then the golden aura dissipates.
  34. >”It seems I was wrong to distrust Anonymous’ claim.”
  35. >You gasp.
  36. “But… I didn’t do anything your highness…”
  37. >You begin to tear up again.
  38. >”Calm yourself, Fluttershy. Something indeed happened at the party the other night. You were there, but not there at the same time.”
  39. >What
  40. >She shakes her head.
  41. >”Something sinister happened that night. And I do believe I know what.”
  42. >This time, even Rarity has stopped her emotions and is looking up at the Princess in anticipation.
  43. >You weren’t at that party.
  44. “I thought that we had dissolved their forces at the wedding…but it seems our friends have returned.”
  45. >All of your mouths are agape for a moment.
  46. >”The changelings have returned.”
  47. >”But…I thought Cadence banished them when we restored love to the wedding?” Twilight stammers.
  48. >”It seems banishment was not enough.” Celestia replies.
  49. >”So why’d you take him away from me…he could have helped us…” Rarity sobs to the Princess.
  50. “And…why me?”
  51. >”If they’ve targeted Anonymous, then I will hold him here at the Castle until everything is safe again.”
  52. “W…what about me, Princess?”
  53. >”Fluttershy, I do not know why they have chosen to impersonate you, but I will send a team of my best ponies to find and eliminate the threat.”
  54. >Rarity finally stands.
  55. >”And…what of Anonymous?”
  56. >She takes a deep breath and exhales slowly.
  57. >”I will give Anonymous another chance once my kingdom is no longer threatened.”
  58. “Princess…I’d…I’d like to help...if that’s okay with you.”
  59. >Celestia cocks her head curiously, then smiles warmly.
  60. >You’ve a chance to make it up to Anonymous.
  61. >Maybe then he’ll...give you a chance?
  62. >”Why would you want to help him, you…you mustard colored rapist?”
  63. >Rarity turns to you, disdain covering her words like a blanket.
  64. >You eep softly and take a few steps back.
  65. >”Calm yourself, Rarity. Very well, Fluttershy.”
  66. >Celestia closes her eyes and whistles sharply.
  67. >A stark white Pegasi in royal armor steps from the door aside the Princess.
  68. >”Yes, your majesty?”
  69. >”Raritan, I have a task for you and your partner.”
  70.
  71. >You are now Anonymous, in the present.
  72. >And you are standing in front of another human.
  73. >You’re literally frozen in place.
  74. >Why is there another human here?
  75. >Where did she come from?
  76. >Why is she naked?
  77. >Where are you, anyway?
  78. >Wow is she pretty.
  79. >Your boner pulses happily.
  80. >I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY
  81. >MAKE ME PROUD SON
  82. >No, shut up, not right now.
  83. >You stand there, mouth agape.
  84. >Why is she just staring at you?
  85. >Why are you just staring at her?
  86. >Because she’s naked, duh.
  87. >Oh, right.
  88.
  89. >You are now the stranger.
  90. >And what in the world is HE doing here?
  91. >Wait, why are you complaining?
  92. >He certainly is a lot more…compelling than you originally thought.
  93. >You were just trying to bathe.
  94. >Of all the times for him to show up, it had to be when you’re naked.
  95. >There’s some kind of irony at play here.
  96. >Why are you just standing there, starting at him?
  97. >Why is he just standing there, staring at…oh right.
  98. >You notice movement in his nethers.
  99. >Oh my.
  100. >You smile, and saunter toward him.
  101. >So he likes what he sees?
  102. >Good, you’d been perfecting it for days now.
  103.
  104. >You are Anonymous again.
  105. >And OH GOD SHES WALKING TOWARD YOU
  106. >YOU ARE NOT PREPARED FOR THIS
  107. >“It is not polite to stare.”
  108. >She stops in front of you.
  109. >Her long black locks drape past her shoulders, slick with water as they stick to her pale frame.
  110. >Her tits leave much to be imagined, merely little mosquito bites adorned with tiny nipples.
  111. >She is thin, but not supermodel thin. Probably what they’d call average back on Earth.
  112. >She’s at least got a bit of a figure at the hips, however, and seems the near perfect hourglass.
  113. >She’s also incredibly tall for a girl, pretty much exactly your height.
  114. >The most incredible feature however, is her eyes.
  115. >They’re the most mesmerizing shade of blue-green you’d ever seen.
  116. >Well, on a human at least.
  117. >These ponies had strange eye colors.
  118. >“Hello, anyone in there?”
  119. >She waves a hand in front of your face.
  120. >You shake your head and look at her.
  121. >She’s smiling.
  122. “I…uh…you’re um...” you studder, blushing profusely.
  123. >Apparently you’re fine with fucking horses but the second you see an actual human, you lose your shit.
  124. >Well played, self, way to embarrass us further.
  125. >”Oh. Right. Do you mind um…turning around for a second?”
  126. >You do so.
  127. >You don’t recognize that accent at all, but you weren’t really traveled.
  128. >Maybe its European?
  129. >”I…never thought I’d see another human here.”
  130. “Yeah…you can say that again.”
  131. >”Alright Anonymous, you may turn.”
  132. >Wait what
  133. >You turn around, puzzled.
  134. “Wait a second, how do you know my name?”
  135. >She stands off to the side, covered by a towel that’s clearly way too small for her.
  136. >She pauses for a moment at your words.
  137. >”Well…everyone’s heard of you. There’s even a book about you.”
  138. >Oh right, Twilight wrote one about you and basically everything about humans you could possibly come up with.
  139. >You guess that makes sense.
  140. >”So I have to ask, what are you doing here?”
  141. “That’s a weird question. What are you doing here?”
  142. >She laughs, a singsong laugh that carries through the trees.
  143. >It reminds you of Saturday morning cartoons for some reason.
  144. >Brain why are you thinking weird things again?
  145. >”Maybe we’ll exchange pleasantries once I have some clothes on, yes?”
  146. >Oh right.
  147. ”Uh…lead the way? I’m guessing you’ve somewhere to stay?”
  148. >She smirks.
  149. >”Something like that. Come.”
  150. >She gestures with a long finger for you to follow and turns, walking into the forest.
  151. >Alright, why not.
  152. >You walk around the pond and follow her.
  153. >Your eyes keep eying her bouncing plot, the towel not even coming close to covering it.
  154. >You feel your blood pulse to your member again.
  155. >Shit, brain, what about Rarity?
  156. >Dude, we are hard wired to like humans. You’re just a freak.
  157. >…alright yeah that makes sense too.
  158. >You follow the lithe female through the woods.
  159. “So uh…where are you from?”
  160. >”What do you mean?”
  161. “Back on Earth?”
  162. >She goes silent for a moment.
  163. >Your nose starts bleeding.
  164. >Huh.
  165. >You wipe it away.
  166. >”I’m from a little village in Europe. I think it was called Burg or some such.”
  167. “Wait, you don’t remember?”
  168. >”I’ve been here for a while, Anonymous.”
  169. ”Well I’ve only been here a couple weeks and this place is crazy.”
  170. >She giggles softly.
  171. >”You get used to it.”
  172. >You walk in silence for a while.
  173. >You hope she doesn’t notice you adjusting your boner to a more comfortable position.
  174. >She’s not even facing you, calm down.
  175. “So…what are you doing out here?”
  176. >”I was bathing. Isn’t that part obvious?”
  177. >She turns to look at you, grinning.
  178. >Alright, stupid question, stupid answer.
  179. >She’s a smartass apparently.
  180. “Alright, better question. Where are we going?”
  181. >”Well, it seems you’re lost, yes? So then I’m taking you back to my…village.”
  182. >There’s a village in the woods?
  183. >You pass by the trees and enter a large clearing.
  184. >”Speaking of…” she mutters, turning to you with a smile.
  185. >You look up and..
  186. >There’s a village IN the woods.
  187. >It’s a treehouse village.
  188. >Several huts and platforms made of lumber planks are suspended above the ground, built around the trunks of the ancient trees. They seem connected by little rickety bridges, and all of it seems tied together with rope.
  189. >They’re easily 20 feet off of the ground.
  190. >You see a shakily made elevator manned by a green pony, suspended by rope.
  191. >A steep ramp is behind him, probably for those scared of heights.
  192. >Damn, how did they build all of this?
  193. >Probably magic.
  194. >It’s always fucking magic.
  195. >As you stare in wonder, some kind of winged creature lands on one of the platforms and walks out of your view.
  196. >She sees your amazement, and smiles a toothy smile.
  197. >”…welcome to Kelethin.”
  198. “I…uh…this is amazing. How in the world did you build all of this?”
  199. >”I didn’t build it, I just stumbled upon it. I believe it’s a sort of under-the-radar haven for those who don’t wish to be found.”
  200. “Huh. A criminal haven or something?”
  201. >You thought Equestria was a peaceful place.
  202. >She shrugs lightly.
  203. >”I suppose. But the people who live here seem to be friendly enough. I try not to be too nosy.”
  204. >She motions you to follow her and the two of you meet the green pony by the elevator.
  205. >”Barkskin, this is Anonymous. He’ll be staying with us for a while, I think.”
  206. >The green unicorn nods. His cutiemark seems to be a log.
  207. >Fitting.
  208. >”As you wish, my queen.”
  209. >Wait what
  210. >She glares at the pony, and he shakes a little. His brown eyes flash green a moment.
  211. >Huh
  212. “Did he just call you a queen?”
  213. >She turns to you blankly, silent for a moment.
  214. >”My last name is Queens, these ponies seem to be rather attracted to me. They all think I’m theirs.”
  215. >She giggles to herself.
  216. >…
  217. >This girl is fucking weird man.
  218. “Then what’s your first name, if you don’t mind?”
  219. >”I’m Chrystal. Sorry for not telling you sooner. I was a bit preoccupied.”
  220. >She winks at you.
  221. “Do you spell that with an ‘H’?
  222. >Why did you ask that
  223. >She pauses for a moment, and looks at you like you’ve uttered the stupidest thing in existence.
  224. >”No. Why on Earth do you ask?”
  225. >You shrug, throwing your hands up.
  226. >”Take us up, Barkskin, I’ll show him to one of the empty rooms.”
  227. >”Qu…Crystal, I don’t know if we have any rooms empty.”
  228. >”Just take me up.” She says with a sigh.
  229. >You wonder if she’ll let you stay with her.
  230. >Oh man you’ve never slept with a girl, what are you thinking.
  231. >He shines his horn a dull brown and the elevator begins to rise.
  232. >Oh hey, this isn’t shaky at all.
  233. >”This has been my home for quite a while, Anonymous. I’m glad you found me. The woods can be a terrible place for those unfamiliar.”
  234. >You’d heard of timberwolves and the like from Twilight when she gave you a brief rundown of Equestria.
  235. >What could be worse?
  236. “So…how long have you been here?”
  237. >She puts a long finger to her cheek and ponders a moment.
  238. >Her fingers are painted a shiny black, contrasting her pale skin.
  239. >Jesus you’re horny all of the sudden.
  240. >Best calm that down buckaroo.
  241. >You’ve gotta remember, you’re far from home.
  242. >…
  243. >Home.
  244. >You sigh as the two of you reach the platform.
  245. >”You know what, I can’t really recall. Since I got her, I suppose. Speaking of, how did you find me anyway?”
  246. “I followed the singing. You’ve…uh…got a lovely voice.”
  247. >You’re furiously blushing now.
  248. >She smiles warmly and giggles softly.
  249. >”Thank you, Anonymous. You’re adorable, you know that?”
  250. >She grabs your hand and practically drags you off of the elevator.
  251. >Her hands are so soft…wow…
  252. >Keep it together tiger.
  253. >Maranara begins to pool in your pockets.
  254. >No one had ever held your hand before either.
  255. >You’d held a hoof, but…this was different.
  256. >You may be a horsefucker, but…this is the real deal.
  257. “Uh…thanks?”
  258. >Good save Romeo.
  259. >Her hips sway slightly as you make your way around the first hut.
  260. >”This is the general store, but we don’t really need it all that much. We don’t use currency here anyway.”
  261. “What do you use?”
  262. >”Generally bartering or some other service, depending. We only have each other out here, so it doesn’t make sense to take advantage of those less fortunate.”
  263. >You find yourself smiling a bit.
  264. >Good, you were broke anyway.
  265. >All of your bits were back at…
  266. >Rarity’s…
  267. “Hey Crystal…do you know where Ponyville is?”
  268. >She turns to you and scrunches her face up in thought.
  269. >”Somewhere to the south of here, I think. Why?”
  270. >Good, then you have some kind of mental map at the very least.
  271. “It’s…kind of where I came from. Or well…where I lived.”
  272. >She cocks her head, curious.
  273. >”Lived? As in you no longer live there? What happened?”
  274. >Hoo boy, you were dreading this moment.
  275. “I’ll tell you my whole story as soon as I get somewhere to rest, deal?”
  276. >She smiles wide, flashing her pearly whites at you.
  277. >”Deal.”
  278. >Did her teeth seem a little…different?
  279. >Probably your imagination.
  280. >You cross one of the little rickety bridges, which isn’t rickety at all.
  281. >”Here is the Tavern, hilariously named ‘The Rising Sun.’”
  282. >She laughs to herself, but you don’t seem to get the joke.
  283. >”It’s where most of us spend most of our time. Alcohol really is the best medicine, you know.”
  284. >You find yourself thinking of marshmallows again.
  285. “I’d…like to stay away from alcohol, if that’s alright with you.”
  286. >She nods.
  287. >”I tend to avoid it too. I don’t enjoy anything that makes me any more crazy than I already am.”
  288. >You share a laugh.
  289. >She was weird , but she was all right as far as you were concerned.
  290. >And, she wasn’t an alcoholic!
  291. >Shut up brain, we’re not giving up on Rarity.
  292. >Just drawing conclusions.
  293. >Sure you are. You’ve just got a boner for humans.
  294. >…
  295. >That was a dumb thing to say.
  296. >Fuck these conflicting thoughts.
  297. >”Anonymous, you keep spacing out.”
  298. “Yeah, uh sorry. I’ve got a lot going on, I guess.”
  299. >”Well, there’s no need to stress. Follow me, I’ll show you to m…your room.”
  300. >You cross another platform that’s filled with various ponies all seemingly crafting things.
  301. >Some are at looms or sewing machines, making blankets or whatever.
  302. >Another seems to be cooking something over a fire.
  303. >Wait is that meat?
  304. Your vision is distracted by movement in the corner of your eyes as you see the winged beast from earlier about to take off.
  305. “What the hell is that?”
  306. >It seems to have heard you, and turns toward you angrily.
  307. >”I just happen to be something that doesn’t like being called, THAT, worm”, he shouts, approaching you quickly.
  308. >It seems to be some kind of giant eagle thing.
  309. >He actually towers over you a good foot, his face covered in what seems like scars, his plumage rough and dirty.
  310. >”He’s a Griffon, Anonymous. And I think he had best watch his step.” Crys says plainly as she glowers at him.
  311. >”I don’t care for your new pet, Queenie. Tell him to back off and we won’t have any trouble.”
  312. >”There had better not be ANY trouble.” She says just as blankly, shoving her face into his.
  313. >”Hmph. Whatever.” He snorts and takes flight, rocking the bridge violently, causing you to grab the shoddy guardrails.
  314. >You make the bad choice of looking down.
  315. >”Hey now, don’t do that. This whole place is supported by magic, but that’s no good if you start getting scared or anything.” She calls to you, pulling you up as you slump a bit.
  316. “Yeah uh…don’t like heights.”
  317. >”Just don’t look down, alright?” She actually sounds worried for you.
  318. >It’s been a while since someone actually cared for your sorry ass.
  319. >Or at least it feels like it.
  320. >Rarity kind of had a habit of throwing you to the wayside.
  321. >But that was okay, right?
  322. >You were in a relationship.
  323. >These things happen.
  324. >”Are you sure you’re alright?”
  325. >You shake your head slightly as you see her barely inches from your face.
  326. >Her wet black hair flits against your cheek.
  327. >You find your pulse speeding up slightly.
  328. “M…maybe?” You laugh nervously.
  329. >You rise to your feet and hug the middle of the platform as the two of you continue.
  330. >You meet up with a rather large hut, bigger than the other two that you’ve came across.
  331. >”You’ll be staying next to me, if that’s okay. I had a little guest room built just in case.”
  332. >She gestures to another little hut.
  333. “Just in case what?”
  334. >She just shrugs.
  335. >”You never know when you’ll need an extra bedroom.”
  336. >Odd logic, but it seemed to make sense.
  337. >”Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go change. Get situated in your room and I’ll be over later. I can only assume you’re tired.”
  338. >She waves at you and walks around the hut.
  339. >You hear a door open and close, and you were…
  340. >Alone again.
  341. >You sigh heavily and shuffle over to the little hut next to hers.
  342. >It’s plain from the outside. A single window by the door entirely made of the same pale yellow wood.
  343. >It actually seems tall enough for a human though.
  344. >…you can probably only write off all of these things as coincidences for so long, you know.
  345. >Like hell you can’t.
  346. >You pull open the door and…wow it’s actually kind of nice in here.
  347. >The room is decorated sparsely, but it’s more than you’re used to.
  348. >There’s a twin bed in the corner with a seemingly handmade green blanket draped over it. The pillow is probably handmade too.
  349. >A little loveseat sits in the back of the room, a dark wooded desk caddycorner to it.
  350. >A couple books sit upon it.
  351. >There also seems to be some kind of lantern hanging from a hook in the middle of the ceiling.
  352. >Yup, it’s tall enough for a human.
  353. >Maybe she knew you were coming?
  354. >How the hell would she know that?
  355. >Unless…
  356. >Unless she was hoping she would meet another human!
  357. >No wonder she’s put the room so close to hers.
  358. >That’s almost adorable, if it weren’t so depressing.
  359. >Well, now you have her and she has you.
  360. >You can suffer through this strange world together.
  361. >You walk into the room, the wood creaking lightly under your boots.
  362. >It’s kind of quaint, like a log cabin in the woods.
  363. >You throw yourself onto the bed with a flump.
  364. >The mattress feels like sleeping on a giant stuffed animal, just barely giving into your body weight.
  365. >It’s alright, nothing like Rarity’s deluxe and probably custom made mattress.
  366. >Damnit, this is going to be harder than you thought.
  367. >You were only there for a couple weeks but she’s already infected your mind like a virus.
  368. >You don’t want to get rid of her though.
  369. >Much to brain-McAfee’s chagrin.
  370. >You needed to get back to her tomorrow.
  371. >You sigh again and put your hands behind your head.
  372. >Birds chirp in the trees outside and the sun seems to be setting outside.
  373. >You were alone.
  374. >But it seems like you’ve found another friend.
  375. >Crystal Queens, huh?
  376. >Funny name, but she sure was pretty.
  377. > You seemed to trust her rather easily too.
  378. >Not that you had a lot of choice, any ally was a good ally when you’re alone.
  379. >You blink slowly, staring at the woody ceiling.
  380. >Whatever.
  381. >You close your eyes, your mind tired from all of this stupid stress.
  382. >Your mind drifts back to memories of the only thing to bring you comfort.
  383. >Rarity.
  384. >You think of the snuggling…your first kiss…how happy she was when you gave her that massage…
  385. >A tear rolls down your cheek.
  386. >Why can’t things just be easy for you?
