  1. 1. Defrost a block of chicken, and cut into 0.75" cubes
  2. 2. Cut 1 onion and some capsicum into large pieces
  3. 3. Crack 1 egg, add 1 tbsp. flour, salt and excess pepper, beat it to make a paste
  4. 4. Heat just enough olive oil in a large flat pan to coat the surface
  5. 5. Coat chicken cubes with flour paste and place into the pan to deep fry on medium till fully cooked (golden brown)
  6. 6. Remove chicken
  7. 7. In the pan, heat some oil
  8. 8. Add 1 teaspoon garlic for 30 seconds
  9. 9. Add chopped green chilies and then fry for another 30 seconds
  10. 10. Add the capsicum and large onion pieces, then fry till "transparent"
  11. 11. Add half-cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp. chili sauce
  12. 12. Add the chicken
  13. 13. Add about a cup of chicken broth and half cup of water
  14. 14. Once you are bored of stirring it, add some vinegar and take it off the oven
