1. my artwork falls under creative commons law CC BY-NC-ND 3.0. i do not approve of commercial use of my artwork without written contract/consent, especially edited artwork. i do allow non-profit reposting of images, with or without credit, unless image(s) posted are modified in any way what-so-ever (including heavy "refrencing"), then i absolutely must be credited. i enjoy seeing edits/modifications to my works and i appreciate being linked to them once uploaded, however this is not required.
2. sketches/wips will be sent periodically throughout the commission (usually 1-2). please address any concerns or edits you would like when these are sent. i will only make requested changes once or twice on the final product before i start charging you for labor ($5 for each following modification).
3. i aboslutely will not send the fullsized image until full payment has been received.
4. please do not pay me until either a sketch or the resized final product has been produced (unless specifically requested otherwise.)
5. any sort of reversed transaction occuring on paypal or furcadia will immediately be reported & i will no longer accept commissions from you.
6. modifications to commissioned work are approved for public use if i am credited. otherwise, edits must be private.
7. i reserve the right to cancel (with refund, if applicable) a commission or deny any characters design soley based on the content and/or its creator, the commission itself and/or the commissioner. all are mandated on a case-by-case basis, so i cannot elaborate on this much further. please ask if you have any concerns/questions regarding this.
8. i reserve the right to display any commissioned art publically. if you have an issue with your commission being available to public access, please notify me prior to the final product.
9. your commissioned artwork will never be used for further commercial profit by me without your consent (adoptable/chibi bebi bases excluded).
10. please contact me if you decide to sell off a design i have created for you. i generally always approve of designs being sold/traded, i just want to be aware of who has the rights to commissioned work so i can never confuse someone of thieving your commission or my artwork.
11. by contacting me regarding a commission, it will be assumed that the tos has been read (even if it was not directly sent/linked to you) & you have agreed to all above listed rules and requirements, unless otherwise stated by request. (except rules 1 & 6, which apply to everyone, regardless of commission.)

commission limits:
i will normally draw anything asked of me, i have very few restrictions. i am not fond of scat, water play, inflation, hyper or diapers, so please refrain from asking for commissions with those subjects. for the time being, i am unwilling to draw porn anymore. i am not incredibly skilled in muscular characters or machinery, but i am still willing to take commissions for them. there are also some specific designs i am now refusing to take commissions for.
if you are denied a commission based on its content, you will be asked to change the character or subject. you retain the right to cancel the commission entirely, however, if i reject your application.
if you have any questions, dont be afraid to ask. i am pretty open-minded, so you might be able to convince me to do something i would not usually enjoy drawing.
