#scptales Rules

Welcome to #scptales, a semi-private, non-official side channel created by AidenEldritch for people to talk tales, headcanons, canons-in-progress or just anything to do with the unfortunately less-appreciated side of the Foundation.

Rules:

0. Wheaton's Law – Don't be a dick.

1. Listen to the ops where applicable. If things get heated or generally unpleasant, the ops may have to step in and cool things off to ensure the chan remains civil. Kickbans will result if you continue not to listen.

2. While we're not exclusively about tales, we will give higher priority to tales and tale-related things than SCPs or general talk, as you might've guessed from the name of the chan.

3. Respect other users. Everyone has their own opinions, and while you're not required to agree or disagree with anyone or any opinion, you should at least attempt to respect the user behind it. You don't have to respect the opinion, but a certain standard of civility is required.

4. Every so often, we'll display a canon we want people to write for, or perhaps feature a recent tale. Suggestions are welcome, but if you keep poking ops to feature your things, we will get annoyed.

5. Doggos are always welcome.
