Last we saw our heroes they had just managed to sell some stuff in kei'lunn. Marialus managed to defeat Ryo and he agreed to help him in martial arts training.

Martaues: "Right. So, about that training you talked 'bout..."

George Di Niro: "I suppose a man could always need money but then again how are you going to make it worth leaving this ship"

Martaues perks up at the offering of a job. His attention begins to drift away from Ryo to the genetic human. He gives a brief nod to Match.

Fred Actaeon: I go to Mart and whisper "Does Match seem more... sane to you?"

Gator (GM): "I'm afraid I don't know what you mean." Says the man.

Martaues: "Can't say. I think he's just calmed down for the moment. Give him some time and someone to fight, he'll go back to normal I bet."

George Di Niro: "So this is a smuggling job? Can't say I'm psyched to have to go back but you seem the type that's good for the money"

Martaues: ( Lookin at his picture, I can say that's subjective )

Martaues taps Match and Fred on the side, then whispers "I don't like the sound of this job. Special ties? How was he taken then? Why be contacted here like this if the man himself also has special ties and can be taken hostage just like his cuz? Keep an eye out."

The small talk makes the backgrounds go by quickly. After about an hour drive from a dinky port you arrive at the nearest village.

Gator (GM): This is the village of Troutfaust. Relatively speaking, it's a tourist town. Most things are expensive here but there is plenty of services.

The tourists think so. One of them opens their phone and taps away. They say that Snow Sweep is booked and so is Ice Pond.

Martaues: "Awesome, thank you for that. Frikken' workers have to spend five years just to explain the place aint available, you know?"

Gator (GM): The tourists explain they are blue collar working class and don't appreciate that comment.

Match says"Sorry officer, sounded like a relation argument..." as he looks for a different line to purchase his stuff.

Gator (GM): The hound turns around.

Martaues: "That too. If anyone knows something's up, it'd be the cleanup guys. Should look for the ones in charge of the cabins, see who comes in near the end to make the place all spiffy again."

Gator (GM): The ranger explains that they come up to PP every few weeks to check on it. Right now the residents are dodgy and quiet but come down every while to get food.

Gator (GM): The sound continues until you feel everything shaking!

Martaues: ( While I appreciate his enthusiasm to have a morning conversation, I must ask him to leave because it's the early hours and I like a bit longer to sleep. )
