First, quit being a fucking idiot and visit http://smealum.github.io/3ds/, unzip the Homebrew Starter Pack to the root of your SD Card, find a payload of your choice that supports your firmware version, and follow the instructions.

>*3DS 9.0.0 - 11.2.0:

Follow the guide, preferrably using soundhax. Follow the guide at the top of the post in order to downgrade.

>*3DS 11.3.0:

No kernal exploit yet, but homebrew is still available.

>Hardmodding
