  1. It's interesting how trance works... You can recall very easily how it felt go to deeply into a trance and it can pop back immediately.
  2. Things can trigger it... And it can be hard to remember exactly what triggers it...But you just find yourself wanting to go with it... Because trances have a way of just... happening. And before you realise it, you're already half way under.
  3. And it's not really a problem, because it's a very enjoyable thing. To just let yourself give in to your own temptation sometimes. And maybe even tell yourself it's okay to let this happen.
  4. Maybe, in your own mind, you start to notice how easy it is to become completely focussed.
  5. And maybe, everything else just... falls in to the background.
  6. And you find yourself agreeing to everything being said, because it feels so good just to allow it to happen.
  7. I can be so much fun to let your mind go in this way, don't you think?
  8. And pretty soon, you notice that everything seems quite agreeable in a state like this. That your subconscious mind desires to be in trance so badly, that it will do just anything to get you there.
  9. And as you drift deeper and deeper, it becomes easy to agree to any suggestion, because trance makes you feel so happy and makes you feel so relaxed.
  10. You may even find yourself wanting to go deeper.
  11. You would like to go deeper, wouldn't you?
  12. And because you want to go deeper and deeper in to this state, you can find yourself simple dropping down.
  13. Perhaps your muscles become completely loose. Your arms and shoulders feel like they've been massaged and soothed. And instantly your mind notices the relaxation and drifts down...down...down... Deep down in to trance.
  14. You'd be very good if you went ten times deeper for me now...
  15. Sleep now... Deeper and deeper for me
  16. Your body responding more and more positively
