bootstro

I have a link on an icon that opens a new page:

The "title" effect is that on mouse-over you get a "tool-tip" with the "Click for new page"

When I add bootstro-title='Tour title' what happens is that a) the tooltip is gone and b) the title of the bootstro pop-over is the title="Click for new page"
