White:
-The company has the best resources avaible.
-Software is needed ASAP.

Yellow:
-Software is efficient, fast, and reliable.
-People will know how to use it due to its simple interface.

Red:
-Excited to implement new HW & SW
-Afraid workers will not understand how to use it.
-Happy about budget.

Black:
-System might take time to work efficiently due to workers having to get used to it.
-Software might and will be used for things other than work due to it being an all-purpose platform.
-Error will build up and eventually be of significant impact to the company's accountabilty.

Green:
-All in one device capable of handling all the tasks needed by the company.
-Central system to store all data(inventory, worker, sales, finance, etc.)

Blue:
-System will work for the company.
-Training for workers will be needed.
-Development of system will take time, but implementation will be quick and easy. (Everyone knows how to use a smartphone)
