Vehicle driver

Good afternoon everyone, I'll be discussing my personal experience driving a car everyday to school. I have been driving for the past 4years and for the past 4 year, the traffic is only getting worse. There're countless of reasons why there's traffic in manila, however i will only be pointing the major ones that really contributes to this issue. Constructions on the road is one of the major traffic inducers since it occupies space in the roads and the cars have to condense in a smaller path to continue. Even tho it's really obvious that it's a problem, the construction speed for this ones are tad slow. The government spends budget for these roads that basically produces more traffic, i'd say it's not the government all fault but it is their responsibility. aside from these people not doing their job correctly, another major problem is the road violators. I understand that public vehicles needs to earn money but if they're just going to keep violating the laws of the street just for their own selfish agendas, then there's a big problem with our system.  there has to be a huge penalty for professional drivers violating rules in the road, such penalties that will give them nightmares if they ever try to do so again. lastly, Parking spaces is the most annoying part of having to drive a car in manila. Most of the places i have to go to doesn't have any parking space available, when this happens, drivers tend to double park on the streets and cause traffic and even accidents.
