MMZ Trip

Looks like we were stranded in a desert but there's a huge settlement that was ahead. When we arrived I noticed the place was in disrepair, and that guarding the place were these odd robots that looked like Mega Man X. However they obviously seemed to be inferior, mass produced copies. When I had arrived they tried turn me back, stating no refugees or Mavericks allowed.

I drained all the immediate guards of their energy, reprogrammed them to serve me, and put their energy back. This took about a minute or two but they were simple minded knockoffs, no real soul. I told Alicia to stay by Alex and me. While she can hold her own, she's not as durable as I am or immortal like Alex. Hope was with her, so Hope's stand would be able to protect Alicia if any harmed came her way. Despite her protesting, I told her she was my daughter. Despite having built her to withstand a glutton of punishment, she is still my little girl that needs my protection.

When did I turn into such a overprotective parent? She was upgraded with technology that can withstand a tank round and still function. As we moved throughout the city, I amassed quite a bit of soldiers. It was clear the city, Neo Arcadia as I learned was ruled over by Reploids that weren't helping but were part the problem.

While in town I was contacted by local resistance forces, and I was given location to go in the outskirts of town. So we left Neo-Arcadia and met up with the rebels. I had given control of about two dozen or so Patheons as they were called. Drop in a bucket really, but after using my own stand to pulverize a few them to pieces and then reconfiguring them. I learned how they were made, and via Neo Arcadia's junkyard I was able to make a Pantheon. I shared the blueprints with a young scientist named Ceil. Together we helped the rebels gain the numbers the needed.

There was also a familiar face, Zero! We knew one another kinda, back in the Maverick Wars. I don't think he would remember me, but it was good to have seen a familiar face. Together we helped defeat Copy X, Eight Gentle Judges, The Four Guardians and Dr. Weiss the evil genius behind the tragic state of the world. It wasn't easy, it took a good 5-6 years to get it done, and another 4-5 years to clean up the mess.

When it was all said and done, I did disable Zero. I took a copy of his skills and I took his upgrade Z-Saber. I then erased the part of me disabling him, and created a false memory of losing the Z-Saber. I gave the copy of Zero's skills to Alicia, and implanted the memories into her cyber brain. I also gave her Zero's Z-Saber, I realized I was over protective of her. So, I gave her the tools and skills to be her own protector.

Alex was no longer any use for us. So we "killed" her, and threw away the summoning stone in the desert. She wasn't a real, just a doll, and dolls outlive their purpose get thrown away. Maybe someday when this is all over and my journey ends we'll meet up again. Until then, I hope my next trip is as eventful as this one was.
