**FAQ - Gameplay**
Q: How do I get money?
Sell stuff in the red part of the bag.

Q: Do I sell everything in the red part of the bag?
Yes, with two exceptions:
1. Repels. If the description contains a number such as 100, that is a repel.
2. Magic stones/fragments. These will be useful postgame. See the highlighted item here and note the price (200): https://i.warosu.org/data/jp/img/0128/58/1420234494089.png
Another way to look at it: if the description contains "売", sell it.

Q: What do I do? I found Alice in the forest, talked to her, and went back to Rinnosuke and he gave me something, I guess. What next?
He gave you the bike, which you use by pressing C. Go back to the human village and talk to Akyuu, then go to south past a guy who would stop you previously.

Q: How do I get through the bamboo forest?
down up down left left right up right up up down up = finish
down up down left left right up left = empty house = item
down up down left left right up right up down = trees = item

Q: Where do I go after Eientei?
You can now cut small trees, there's some in the bamboo forest and near Kourindou

Q: I can't find the basement in the SDM.
East door in the library.

Q: I've been chasing Flan around in the basement forever, where do I go?

West of the Misty Lake to start scaling the Youkai Mountain

Q: Where is the Prismriver Mansion?
East of the SDM, you need rock smash.

Q: What do I after I beat Sanae?
You unlock Rock Smash, there are some rocks East of the Moriya Shrine.

Q: What does Kanako give you?

Q: Where do I get the Gap Map (fly)?
Talk to Chen.

Q: Lost after meeting Chen, where to?
Path to Hell, there are some rocks on Route 1 which lead to Route 2. (If you can't find the Path to Hell, you may be in the wrong Route 2.)

Q: After Hell?
The fairies on the bottom road, West of the Human Village will be gone.

Q: How do I get rid of the Giant Suika behind Hakurei Shrine.
Defeat Byakuren. She shows up later.

Q: Where are Kasen's four items?
1. Well behind the Hakurei Shrine.
2. In front of the purple tree in Muenzuka
3. Talk to one of the many frogs West of the Misty Lake.
4. Event battle with Seiga in the Taoist Cave


**FAQ - Technical and Patching**
Q: I'm having a technical issue
Many problems can be solved by setting your system's regional settings to Japanese. Applocale won't cover you here.

Q: How do I apply patches?
If you used the installer patching should be easy. If you are playing a preinstalled version of the game you are going to have to do some things before you patch. Namely, everything in this post: https://warosu.org/jp/thread/S12872368#p12876936
If you follow those instructions exactly you should have no problems. Note that your new .ini file should have two lines, as seen in the post's image.

Q: The patch is not working/wrecking my shit
Don't run the patch in the game folder. Apparently this causes issues. If you're still having problems chances are you're doing something silly, like having your .ini file be a .txt.

Q: How do I get the translation?
As of now it's being worked on, and it would be best to wait. But if you really want to apply partial/incomplete/early translations you need to be running 1.05 and scrounge around for the translated assets, which may or may not be available now. You're on your own here. Note that if you do this keep your .arc files. Kinda need those to patch the game.
