  89. **FAQ - Technical and Patching**
  90. Q: I'm having a technical issue
  91. Many problems can be solved by setting your system's regional settings to Japanese. Applocale won't cover you here.
  92.
  93. Q: My text is gibberish
  94. See above
  95.
  96. Q: Where do I get patches?
  97. http://www.fo-lens.net/gn_enbu/download.html
  98.
  99. Q: How do I apply patches?
  100. If you used the installer patching should be easy. If you are playing a preinstalled version of the game you are going to have to do some things before you patch. Namely, everything in this post: https://warosu.org/jp/thread/S12872368#p12876936
  101. If you follow those instructions exactly you should have no problems. Note that your new .ini file should have two lines, as seen in the post's image.
  102.
  103. Q: The patch is not working/wrecking my shit
  104. Don't run the patch in the game folder. Apparently this causes issues. If you're still having problems chances are you're doing something silly, like having your .ini file be a .txt.
  105.
  106. Q: How do I get the translation?
  107. As of now it's being worked on, and it would be best to wait. But if you really want to apply partial/incomplete/early translations you need to be running 1.05 and scrounge around for the translated assets, which may or may not be available now. You're on your own here. Note that if you do this keep your .arc files. Kinda need those to patch the game.
