  22. And lastly I would like to revive Project Shards as it was before.
  23. A version of SSTOW moving out of SS shadow. Allowing it to expand beyond what it can be now.
  24. I have been considering reviving it for some time and only recently had I worked out some of the finer details.

[14:07:41] The Sarge: With our current "lack-of-named-leader" system, we've been having a lot of arguments and fights, even though with me bringing the team together would naturally make me the team leader, I have tried not to act like a leader, I've been trying to treat everyone as equals, which I thought was a better environment for everyone. But the only power that would give the team leader really would be adding / removing members without anyone's say so.

I am the project leader for Soul Shards (Again, as stated before I started with soul shards, then brought everyone together on it) but even then I'm not really recognised as project leader as I've tried to get people (If they're not busy in real life) to focus on trying to get features finished so we can get this release out, but that hasn't exactly gone to plan (again), you even commented the first time we argued about trying to work as a team to get the update out that me trying to get everyone to focus on a clear goal was bad for the team (Even though that's exactly what a project leader/manager is supposed to do) so...
