GMT +2 (East Europe). Most of the times I log on at around 12SVT to about 19 and then back in the evening for the peak.

[b]Have you been part of any team on TRP in the past and if so, why did you leave?:[/b] Yes, I have been part of the former helper team. I had to leave the team because I could not keep up with my activity due to an unpredictable real life issue which shook my life way off balance.

[b]Can you explain what sort of things you will do with a level 1 when you are helping them? (100-200 words):[/b]
Depending on the nature of the player’s question, I will start off by introducing myself briefly and answering their question right after in a straightforward, professional and polite manner. I am not going to offer them tours as we used to do in the past, but rather help them get around only if they require me to. Depending on the help request from the player and his additional comments I am able to provide a further in-depth explanation of whatever feature they face difficulties with. If the question is gameplay based I will rely on my judgement whether or not to reveal the information or leave it for them to discover on their own. As we all know, if you have it all then there’s nothing left for you to explore and it gets boring pretty quick. And as a member of the Moderator team one of my goals will be to generate interest in the newcomers. Depending on the help request, a player might need administrator assistance, but be unaware of how to receive such. If that is the case I am to contact an administrator and make sure that the player has his issue resolved.

[b]Can you explain what sort of experience do you hold with factions and what would you do to improve the server's quality under this aspect? (100-200 words):[/b]
I have not been in every faction in TRP, however, I have been following every faction on TRP during my active time here. I have led the Cancinatti Crime Family.

I have also been a high ranked member in other crime factions in the past. I was a member of the old Agency as well. I have experience with law enforcement roleplay, with my most notorious character - Kojo being a TFA applicant and a previous trooper. I have then created Brutalle who was an Officer in the SAPD but recently joined the SAST. I have put in a lot of effort in a variety of factions during the years. I now lead another crime faction, the Ministry of Crime. I have noticed room for improvement in several factions that are currently active and regardless of this applications’ outcome I will push my ideas forward. As a member of the Moderator team I am to continue following the factions’ development both IG and on the forums and, after discussion with other members of the team, come up with personalized ideas for improvement of the certain faction.

[b]Can you explain what sort of experience do you hold with moderation and what would you do to improve the forum's quality under this aspect? (100-200 words):[/b]
I have experience moderating on-line boards, especially MyBB and PhpBB 3. I have been part of the staff team for a WoW private server and my duties there, years ago, included moderating the forum and maintaining an user-friendly environment. I am to do the same in TRP. I spend a lot of time browsing the forum, whether on my laptop or mobile, and it has came to my attention that threads are either not being locked at the right time (either too soon or too late) and advertisers manage to get past the registration process.

Either way as a member of the Moderator team I will constantly monitor the forums and make sure that all threads in the “Ask for Help” section are answered, if I don’t know the answer to a specific question there, it’s my duty as a Moderator to look for it in order to assist the player.

I am to try and make the forums of TRP a welcoming place where every new player can register and simply join a discussion or perhaps look up information they need in the guides section (which, by the way, needs moderation badly).

I would like to join the moderator team because I had fun in it’s ancestor, the Helper team. I have enjoyed doing everything we did previously and I had no trouble doing so.

I have helped numerous people and all of them have appreciated it. Perhaps that’s what I like about it the most, the appreciation from people. The ability to interact in a way that matters.

Yet another reason for my application for the Moderator team is that I believe that during the Summer a lot of people have free time and if we want to keep those people on TRP, we have to represent ourselves the very best we can and I have proven that I know how to do that. I know which details to expose and which not to, I know the weak and the strong sides of TRP and it’s in my best interest to see the community grow and prosper. I believe that a Moderator should be able to make the process of a newcomer turning to an involved player in this community easier and that’s something I’m aiming to do.

[b]Can you explain why you should be chosen over other candidates? (100-200 words): [/b]
I should be chosen over other candidates because I have the experience necessary for this position and I have proven to be suitable for it in the past. I am one of the few players on TRP who mainly roleplay criminals with their characters and I believe that having a staff member who is acquainted with both sides (legal & illegal) is very valuable. I believe that to be able to truly assist somebody you have to understand the nature of their issue and be fully familiar with the feature they want to explore, or are facing difficulties with. If that’s an LEO feature, for example, I was not going to be able to assist them if I was only in illegal factions and vice versa.

Another possible advantage that I have is that I have previously had a taste of the whole process and I liked it. Everybody can confirm that I had fun and enjoyed my time as a helper. I did not get fired, nor quit because I wanted to - I was rather forced. Point being, I have proven myself to be able to work with people and assist people in a friendly and welcoming manner.

I have been a controversial member of TRP ever since I joined, because of the characters I roleplay. I have a strong opinion and strong arguments. Some people have disliked that in the past, but during the years I have managed to maintain a casual relationship even with people who disagree with me fundamentally. Most of the people on TRP currently think of me as a friendly guy. There are a lot of people who I refer to as friends and we enjoy playing together.
