  13. a) are authorized to use the Licensed Software only in or in
  14. connection with the Nokia N950-products; and

  16. Licensed Software, except as expressly permitted herein.

  18. 3) The NOKIA N950 ONECLICKFLASHER­IMAGE is provided to you AS IS
  19. and Nokia, its affiliates and/or its licensors do not make any
  20. representations or warranties, express or implied (including, without
  21. any limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for
  22. a particular purpose, or that it will not infringe any third party
  23. patents, copyrights, trademarks or other rights).

  57. back to factory state.
  58. Please make sure you have backups of your data before proceeding
  59. with flashing.
  60. Depending on amount of data to be securely erased, the erasing may
  61. take as long as 30 minutes until the flashing starts.
