Ileleste Jrnl Downtime Grotto

I investigated the Grotto. It was, puzzling to say the least. I did figure out a few things, like how to get in and out of the secret rooms, and that the last Skywatcher used all the magical devices inside to do numerous things. I feel like it creates magical effects based off different substances filtered or altered with the tools she has, but beyond that it’ll need to looked at closer. On my own I was able to determine some of the types of magic the devices use, and the books that she had were a clue to how to use them, though cryptically.
I wish I had studied magic more when I was younger instead of dancing and serving drinks in the tavern. I might have a better idea of how things like this work if I was introduced to them before. I’m really just grasping at straws. This is much different than just channeling the fire and brimstone in my blood to hurt things. Guess I’ll drag Brook here and see what he thinks.
