  1. KANAYA: So
  2. KANAYA: It Seems To Be Another Gorge Fest
  3. ROSE: That seems to be a regular occurrence.
  4. KANAYA: *She's very tempted to do the cat noise thing. Maybe. Maybe not. Hrm.*
  5. KANAYA: mrrreow
  6. ROSE: ...
  7. ROSE: :Rose glances around momentarily.:
  8. KANAYA: *Her throat bubbles up in a noise, almost like the momentary purry greeting of a cat. Almost like a... brrrep? Who even knows.*
  9. ROSE: Kanaya, why are you making cat noises.
  10. KANAYA: *But was it Kanaya? Maybe, probably, probably not.*
  11. KANAYA: What Im Not Making Cat Noises
  12. ROSE: :She's not complaining, just...mildly confused.:
  13. ROSE: Oh.
  14. ROSE: Never mind, I guess.
  15.
  16. KANAYA: mew
  17. ROSE: :She's already lifting a book again but stops, narrowing her eyes slightly.:
  18. ROSE: ...Hm.
  19. KANAYA: What
  20. ROSE: ...
  21. KANAYA: Are You Okay
  22. ROSE: Nothing?
  23. ROSE: I'm not sure.
  24. ROSE: I guess it's just more "weird dream8u88le shit", as some call it.
  25. KANAYA: *Kanaya slowly sat beside Rose, smiling innocently.*
  26. KANAYA: Perhaps
  27. KANAYA: Maybe The Memory Of A Straying Cat
  28. ROSE: Perhaps. They always stuck with me for some reason.
  29. KANAYA: A Special Affinity Maybe
  30. ROSE: Well, I always was a cat person, honestly. It wouldn't surprise me at all if it's just my subconscious playing with me.
  31. ROSE: :Shrugging a bit, she let her eyes wander back down to her book.:
  32. KANAYA: Most Likely
  33.
  34. KANAYA: *She yawns, stretches, mews quietly under her breath.*
  35. KANAYA: meeiiow
  36. ROSE: :She just barely flinches, every ounce of willpower being expended to not just sigh and glance intently at Kanaya; this time, she manages to act like she's ignoring it, or simply didn't hear.:
  37. KANAYA: *She sees Rose has yet to notice, and does it again, a little more shrill. More like a kitten.*
  38. KANAYA: *A really whiny one.*
  39. KANAYA: mmeehhhh
  40. ROSE: :Her mouth twitches, hand freezing midway to her book's pages, and her eyes flutter close for a second, before she flips the page and shifts a bit in her seat.:
  41. KANAYA: *This is a Leijon Thing. Kanaya what are you doing. You are not a cat. But you're cute. And you want to mess with Rose.*
  42. ROSE: Are you sure we don't have any cats around here? Even just a strange ghost cat. Or a Nepeta or something.
  43. KANAYA: I Think A Nepeta Passed By The Other Day
  44. ROSE: Hm. I must have missed her.
  45. KANAYA: mrow
  46.
  47. ROSE: :That does it. Rose gave a deep sigh, dropping her book onto her soft lap and staring straight ahead, flopping back in her seat.:
  48. ROSE: Kanaya.
  49. KANAYA: *The tubby jadeblood stretches, just, leaning over and digging her claws into the couch a bit. Prrrr. Kanaya what are you doing. She's in the middle of doing this when Rose looks at her in the eyes and she freezes.*
  50. KANAYA: Rose
  51. ROSE: There are some things I avoid telling others, for various reasons. Some of them are merely personal secrets, while others are part of my meticulously-crafted facade of cold, unflinching stoicism. I don't like to show signs of me being anything other than the most frigid of girls, one so engrossed in the dark magics and overworldly forces at play in our reality, but I'm afraid that I have no recourse but to tell you a very uncomfortable truth about myself due to your continued insistence at successfully provoking me.
  52. ROSE: :She turned and looked Kanaya dead in the eye, face stony.:
  53. KANAYA: *It's too late. Kanaya already knows the tubby girl's weakness. But she'll wait.*
  54. ROSE: If you don't stop doing that, I'm going to pull you into my lap and pet, cuddle and otherwise spew physical attention all over you out of sheer reflex and habit, until the pent-up feline affection threatening to burst free from my every orifice ebbs to a reasonable level of personal preference.
  55. ROSE: :She does her best to make it the most serious-sounding threat of cuddles imaginable.:
  56.
  57. KANAYA: *Guess that's a good cue. Kanaya crawls into Rose's lap sideways, bringing her head up carefully as to not stab Rose with her horns, and gently bunps her soft hair up into the bottom of Rose's chin.*
  58. ROSE: :Her hands wrap around the jadeblood, one draped over her thighs to hold her in the blonde's lap, and the other snaking around her shoulders to idly run her chubby fingers through the troll's dark hair.:
  59. KANAYA: *The relaxation Kanaya expresses isn't show; she's genuinely enjoying the hair pets. Her spine shudders as each limb slowly shuts down to quite an extent, impromptu feline purring in her strange Alternian clicky way. But it was a noise of enjoyment.*
  60. ROSE: Somehow, every successful action you manage, to be infuriating enough to push you away, is simultaneously successful at making me want to touch you uncontrollably. If I didn't know any better, I'd consider this a critical error on my part in not divulging my weaknesses.
  61. ROSE: :She just sighs and continues stroking her hair, leaning in and gently nuzzling against the base of one horn, careful to not skewer herself.:
  62. KANAYA: Your Cold Stoicism Is No Match For The Might And Scourge The Legendary Rainbow Drinkers Are Capable Of Casting Into The Ranks Of The Enemy
  63. KANAYA: Its Not Your Fault
  64. KANAYA: Just Business
  65. KANAYA: *Kanaya resorts to laying down, ample breasts and potbelly squishing into Rose's soft thighs as she stretches out across the couch.*
  66.
  67. ROSE: I feel the fates have played a cruel trick on me, setting me up to fall so madly with a girl perfectly gifted in unravelling my expertly-crafted facades, but it's also entirely possible that I'm merely blaming the nuances of paradox space for my own self-defeated tastes. I don't think I have it in me to complain either way, especially with this.
  68. ROSE: :This, of course, being the sprawled-out rainbow drinker, Rose's hand continuing to gently run through her hair and rub at her scalp whilst her other hand slowly ran over one soft thigh.:
  69. KANAYA: There Is Very Little To Complain About Here Rose
  70. KANAYA: Except If I Am Constricting Blood Flow In Any Way
  71. KANAYA: Your Lap Is Quite Comfortable
  72. ROSE: You aren't. My only true gripe is in wishing you could present yourself in a way that didn't mercilessly prey on my glaring weakness for small mewling animals.
  73. KANAYA: *She squirms a little, moving so she is partially on her back enough to somewhat curl around the human girl's soft rise of tummy, giggling to herself.*
  74. KANAYA: Mew
  75. ROSE: Well, I give up.
  76.
  77. ROSE: :The hand previously rubbing Kanaya's thigh does its best to tug the troll towards her, letting her wrap herself around her soft midriff, whilst the other gave her something to rest her head in.:
  78. KANAYA: Yes It Is Good That You Admit Surrender
  79. KANAYA: As This Adorable Mewling Thing In Your Lap Has Claimed Superiority
  80. ROSE: It isn't the first time, although I have to admit, this particular adorable mewling thing seems to be a cut above most others I've witnessed in several aspects.
  81. KANAYA: What Makes You Say That Rose
  82. KANAYA: *Still, she's comforted by the pettings, sighing contentedly.*
  83. ROSE: Well, for one, no cats I've had the privilege of petting were so capable of encompassing my lap, although at least one was almost as adept at claiming my stomach as its personal territory.
  84. KANAYA: Its A Lovely Head Rest
  85. KANAYA: And I Am Going To Fall Comatose Here Anyway
  86. KANAYA: If Your Hand Remains In My Hair
  87. ROSE: Hmm. I may have to relocate, if continued actions such at this poses any real threat to your well-being.
  88. ROSE: :Of course, as she says it her fingertips are moving a bit closer to the base of her horns, gently rubbing and stroking rhythmically.:
  89. KANAYA: *Closer to the base it is more sensitive, and the troll is slowly but surely falling utterly limp again. But each brush near her horn makes her twitch and click a little.*
  90.
  91. ROSE: :She notes the difference, very experiences in judging the reactions of head scratches, and moves a bit further away momentarily, humming to herself a bit as she rests her "free" hand on the troll's pillowy thigh and gently squeezes a bit of her flub.:
  92. KANAYA: *She isn't sure whether to be relaxed or excited, the tubby rainbow drinker squirming a little at the attention of her fleshy thigh and how Rose's fingers sink in to the abundance. With a little whine, Kanaya addresses her.*
  93. KANAYA: Rose
  94. KANAYA: What Are You Doing
  95. ROSE: I'm petting you. I thought that was the plan, Kanaya. To give you attention. And you got some.
  96. KANAYA: I Have A Feeling You Have More Planned
  97. KANAYA: Your Endeavors Are Rarely So Simple
  98. KANAYA: Im Not Sure If I Trust You
  99. ROSE: See, this is what I was looking for more of. Mystery. Intrigue. Those looking up at me, and seeing naught but a misty expanse of unidentifiable thoughts. An unbreakable veil, behind with only I and I alone can understand the true intentions of my actions. Secrecy and enigma, wrapped in an shroud of darkness no man nor alien vampire analogue would be capable of piercing.
  100.
  101. KANAYA: I Uh
  102. KANAYA: Well
  103. KANAYA: It Seems Thats Working
  104. KANAYA: Somewhat
  105. KANAYA: But I Also Remain Unfazed
  106. KANAYA: For I At One Point Was At The Advantage
  107. KANAYA: *Kanaya swallows, though, a light glow dancing upon her skin.*
  108. ROSE: That's alright. As long as my cards remain hidden, I believe myself to be in control of the game, in some form or another. Lurking in the shade behind metaphysical, emotional iron wall of fortuitous luck and meticulous planning, to ensure that I am left without weakness.
  109. KANAYA: Lurking In The Shadows While Grabbing A Particularly Rotund Aliens Thigh
  110. KANAYA: How Enthrallingly Devious
  111. ROSE: It's the best place to grab them, really.
  112. KANAYA: *She shifts a little, so that the jadeblood is now flat on her back, squirming a little and staring up at Rose.*
  113.
  114. KANAYA: Are You Sure About That
  115. ROSE: Well, can we grab the thighs in the daylight? Is that not too scandalous?
  116. ROSE: :She smiles down at her, thumb sliding from her hair and brushing her cheek a bit.:
  117. KANAYA: *The cheek in question begins to green along with its twin, such a simple action flustering the previously proud Rainbow Drinker and gulping once more a little nervously.*
  118. KANAYA: Maybe
  119. KANAYA: The Daylight Is Deadly For My People
  120. KANAYA: Itd Be Quite Scandalous
  121. ROSE: Oh. Right.
  122. ROSE: I guess mortal peril sort of diminishes the erotic aspect of it.
  123. KANAYA: Not With That Attitude
  124. KANAYA: Your Hands Are Very Soft By The Way
  125. ROSE: I'm not sure if I should be slightly bemused or slightly aroused by that implication, but I'm leaning towards the latter. And thank you. Moisturisers are a blessing.
  126.
  127. KANAYA: I Think This Entire Situation Warrants That Same Reaction Of Conflict
  128. KANAYA: Bemusing Or Slightly Arousing
  129. KANAYA: I Think Im Both
  130. ROSE: You are, in all honesty. You've got me sitting here, simultaneously waxing poetic about my own merits as an unflinching force of nature, and gently stroking your face whilst you're laid across of me, making innocuous motions towards my belly.
  131. ROSE: I think that's at least an accomplishment on some level.
  132. KANAYA: It Is
  133. KANAYA: And
  134. KANAYA: I Cant Help It
  135. ROSE: What a shame.
  136.
  137. KANAYA: *Kanaya casually just. Boops the tummy.*
  138. KANAYA: Do You Mean Like This Though
  139. ROSE: :She wobbles a bit.:
  140. ROSE: Yes.
  141. ROSE: That's an innocuous motion, for the moment.
  142. ROSE: Although me saying that may have made it less so.
  143. KANAYA: Probably
  144. KANAYA: *Boop.*
  145. ROSE: :Wobble.:
  146. KANAYA: It
  147. KANAYA: Its Just So
  148. KANAYA: Wobbly
  149. KANAYA: *So eloquent, Kanaya.*
  150. ROSE: I like to imagine that it's a deliberate choice of aesthetic, specifically to counterbalance the grimdark levels of insincere frigidity and mystique I strive so hard to radiate whenever possible, but at the rate things are going I'll have few weaknesses or secrets left that haven't been pried from my lips by your thoughtful wiles.
  151. KANAYA: By This You Essentially Mean It Is A Result Of Overindulging In Such Things As Chocolate
  152. KANAYA: And Is Not Homage To Your Ferocity
  153. KANAYA: It Being The Opposite Actually
  154. ROSE: By this I mean it's a result of overindulging on things such as chocolate. And perhaps cake. And other things.
  155.
  156. ROSE: Can I not still be ferocious in some aspects, despite my plush exterior?
  157. KANAYA: Of Course You Can
  158. KANAYA: Look At Your Human Variant Of Seals
  159. KANAYA: Literally Blobs Of Blubber Laden Flesh But Still Fierce Predators
  160. ROSE: I'm not sure whether to respond to the surprisingly flattering comparison to marine wildlife, or ask how much worse Alternian sea mammals were.
  161. KANAYA: Whales Flew
  162. ROSE: How did your species not die out, again?
  163. ROSE: No offense, but I can't imagine a civilization thriving in an environment with Actual Sky Whales.
  164. KANAYA: Adaptation And Luck
  165. KANAYA: I Myself Was Pretty Lucky
  166. KANAYA: Being Isolated
  167. KANAYA: Away From Flying Whales And Monstrous Moonfish
  168. ROSE: Oh. That's a relief.
  169. KANAYA: Though Their Eggs Were Delicious
  170. KANAYA: There Were Dragons Too
  171. ROSE: I've never had a whale egg. I'm not even sure if whales are born from eggs.
  172. KANAYA: Well
  173. KANAYA: Moonfish Eggs Arent Really Whales
  174. KANAYA: But Uh
  175. ROSE: I think we may have lost our train of thought.
  176. KANAYA: Yeah
  177. KANAYA: To Keep It Short Alternian Wildlife Was Quite Terrifying And I Had Undead Hoardes Moaning And Bluthering Around Outside Of My Oasis During The Day
  178. ROSE: Were the whales ever undead? I've heard terrifying stories about skeletal aquatic creatures. All the ferocity of water-bound life, all the mobility to things evolutionarily gifted with legs.
  179. KANAYA: Not That I Know Of
  180. KANAYA: But
  181. KANAYA: You Know What
  182. KANAYA: I Wouldnt Be Surprised
  183. ROSE: Neither would I
  184.
  185. KANAYA: My Lusus Had To Defend Against A Number Of Creatures In The Desert
  186. ROSE: :She's gone back to gently stroking Kanaya's hair, leaning sideways a bit and just sort of scritching idly as she spoke.:
  187. KANAYA: I Once Mistakenly Awakened A Slumbering Sand Worm
  188. KANAYA: In My Impromptu Wanderings
  189. ROSE: That seems...remarkably unfortunate.
  190. KANAYA: *Kanaya's a little sad recalling the memory, but the scritching makes her sleepy.*
  191. KANAYA: When I Was Younger I Would Wander Into The Desert
  192. KANAYA: Unknowingly Making Myself A Small Morsel For The Daylight Creatures To Pick Off
  193. ROSE: I can at least sympathise to the childhood wanderlust, if not the extraordinary circumstances.
  194. ROSE: :She smiles at Kanaya a bit, idly sliding one hand from her thigh to her arm and nudging her fingers a bit.:
  195. KANAYA: *Her fingers wrap around Rose's as they are nudged, and Kanaya sheepishly averts her gaze.*
  196. KANAYA: Why Am I Not Surprised
  197. ROSE: The most terrifying creature I ever had to face in my childhood travels was a particuarly aggressive tree.
  198.
  199. HUSSIE: ===> *THE HUSS ENTERS THE ROOM LIKE A POORLY WRITTEN SIMILE.*
  200. KANAYA: How Can A Tree Be -
  201. KANAYA: *Who the fuck.*
  202. HUSSIE: ===> *the huss sits on a chair at a desk, fingers hovering over a typewriter.*
  203. KANAYA: Uh
  204. KANAYA: Good Sir
  205. KANAYA: What Are You Doing
  206. HUSSIE: ===> oh don't mind me
  207. ROSE: It was winter, and I was exploring the woods surrounding my home, idly looking for ways to entertain myself that didn't involve sharing the house with a slightly cooped-up guardian and her abrupt cleaning frenzies. I hand't thought much of the snow built up on the branches, as very few had broken, but I suppose such strokes of masterfully poor luck were predestined to make up for the eventual boons granted by my innate aspect. If I could revisit it now, I probably would have been amused at watching myself frustratedly sit beneath a pile of snow, in abject frustration, but it wasn't the most...
  208. ROSE: :Oh. Huh. Who's this douchebag?:
  209. ROSE: ...enjoyable circumstance to be living through.
  210.
  211. HUSSIE: ===> just writing a novel that could change the world
  212. ROSE: Hm. Good luck with that, I suppose?
  213. HUSSIE: ===> needed reference material for nepetaquest 2014
  214. ROSE: I understand that Nepetas seem remarkably populous, but I don't entirely understand how you intend to collect over two thousand of them.
  215. HUSSIE: ===> oh, no.
  216. HUSSIE: ===> i'm going to /kill/ 2014 nepeta.
  217. ROSE: First, I'm not sure if the plural of Nepeta is also Nepeta, or if its Nepetas, or some other grammatically debatable term, but I'm also not an expert on the matter, so I'd just suggest you double check a source on that. Secondly, why.
  218.
  219. KANAYA: Whats Snow Like
  220. ROSE: It's...wet. And heavy. And exceedingly cold. The sort of thing that's entertaining in small doses, and in controlled environments, but utterly dreadful to be covered in.
  221. ROSE: Imagine being splashed with cold water, except it stays on you for a while and weighs you down.
  222. KANAYA: Snow Sounds
  223. KANAYA: Awful
  224. KANAYA: *Kanaya's face sours in a pouty frown.*
  225. ROSE: It is. But you can also make entertaining shapes out of it, and having enough of it around is generally a sign of a lower ambient temperature.
  226. ROSE: Which can be pleasant in circumstances.
  227. HUSSIE: ===> snow... feed... until... water poisoning... intrigue...
  228. HUSSIE: ===> ...possible prospit duke plot...
  229. ROSE: Uh huh. Would hypothermia not be a more efficient plan, or do you intend for every Nepeta to die in a personal and individually-inflicted...why am I even encouraging this.
  230.
  231. KANAYA: Cold Weather In Any Dosage Isnt Pleasing For Me
  232. KANAYA: *Huff.*
  233. KANAYA: Id Prefer To Avoid It
  234. ROSE: And I agree. It's mostly an excuse to put on thick, cozy clothes and faff about outside in some sort of temporary solid-pool.
  235. KANAYA: It Sounds Ridiculous
  236. KANAYA: But
  237. KANAYA: Different Cultures I Suppose
  238. HUSSIE: ===> ...dressed as snowman... killed by.... snowman...
  239. ROSE: Mmhm. And it certainly wasn't a year-round thing.
  240. ROSE: Well, some parts of the world had it a vast majority of the time, but some parts of the world were also so extreme that they had more pressing issues.
  241. KANAYA: *She visibly shudders a little just considering it.*
  242. KANAYA: Mmmff
  243. KANAYA: Why Are We Talking About Such Conditions
  244. ROSE: I'm not honestly sure. We can return to talking about your understandable fascination with my wobbling, or your apparent attempts to evolve into some sort of cat-based organism. Or something else.
  245.
  246. KANAYA: I Dont Really Know
  247. KANAYA: Maybe A Snack Break Would Suffice
  248. ROSE: Is there anything a snack break doesn't improve? Besides chronic indigestion, ongoing murder scenes and house fires, I mean.
  249. KANAYA: Only In Certain Circumstances
  250. KANAYA: The Only Issue Is Your Lap Is Exceedingly Comfortable
  251. ROSE: Aha. My trump card finally revealed, to best your infernal mewling.
  252. KANAYA: Your What
  253. KANAYA: Oh
  254. KANAYA: I Have Been Deceived
  255. KANAYA: Now I Will Starve Here On Your Lap
  256. ROSE: ...
  257. ROSE: I may not have thought this through.
  258. KANAYA: Do You Ever Think Things Through
  259. ROSE: Of course I do. I had plenty of plans, and only a small number of them have been foiled and/or revealed by your machinations and attentiveness to my weak points.
  260. KANAYA: Oh Rose Such An Accusation Hurts
  261. KANAYA: I Do It Out Of Affection
  262. ROSE: Fair enough, I suppose. I won't fault you there.
  263. ROSE: :Head pets.:
  264. KANAYA: *Purrrrr.*
  265. KANAYA: And You Seem To Enjoy It Too
  266.
  267. KANAYA: But Really Im Hungry And One Of Us Is Going To Find The Will Power To Move
  268. ROSE: Hmmm.
  269. ROSE: I suppose it falls upon me to deal with such problems, seeing as I so brazenly invoked the use of my thighs as a combative countermeasure to your charms.
  270. ROSE: :She gently slid her hand to Kanaya's back, pressing a little to try to encourage her to sit up.:
  271. KANAYA: You Take Upon The Most Heroic Of Burdens
  272. KANAYA: *With the effort she eventually sits up, but protests a little in a quiet whine.*
  273. ROSE: Shh. I'll be right back.
  274. ROSE: Do you have any preferences?
  275. KANAYA: Not Really No
  276. KANAYA: Aside From The Usual
  277. ROSE: Noted. :She sauntered off, robes snug around her wide hips and clinging to her upper thighs, into the kitchen.:
  278. KANAYA: *She can't help but snag a peek. Wow.*
  279. KANAYA: *Dat ass doe.*
  280.
  281. DOLOROSA: Me? Well don't take this the wrong way I've been watching this all unfold
  282. DOLOROSA: I was afraid if I left at the wrong time you would notice me
  283. DOLOROSA: i thought now would be the most opportune time
  284. ROSE: I'm noticing a trend amongst vampire drinkers, regarding remarkable stealth abilities. :She nods curtly at the older Maryam, choosing to enter to avoid the lingering awkwardness from dragging on much farther. In one hand, she holds a plater stacked high with raw, glistening slabs of meat, and in the other she carries a solid pitcher, looking more like a wine pitcher than anything else.:
  285. KANAYA: Stealth Seems To Be A Common Attribute
  286. KANAYA: And Timing Maybe
  287. KANAYA: *She's distracted by her trepidation by the arrival of the meat. Oooh.*
  288. DOLOROSA: *she returns the gesture, turning to leave* Well you ladies have fun
  289. ROSE: You're welcome to stay, if you'd like. Assuming you aren't merely returning to the shadows, to continue lurking in wait.
  290. ROSE: :There's no maliciousness to her voice as she sits back down with Kanaya.:
  291. KANAYA: With Her You Never Know
  292. KANAYA: But Regardless
  293. KANAYA: At Least It Isnt Dark Intent
  294. KANAYA: *Kanaya goes back to sitting up, eyeing the platter a little less than savagely.*
  295. ROSE: I'd expect only the most illuminant of schemes from her, although I may be swayed slightly be her literal luminescence.
  296. KANAYA: It Could Certainly Pose For Deception
  297.
  298. ROSE: :Both the plate and pitcher and placed on the table, and Rose resumes her spot on the couch, automatically leaning back a bit and making her lap available.:
  299. ROSE: Hmmm. True.
  300. KANAYA: *She takes a piece of meat, returns to laying down in Rose's lap and biting into it with fangs perfectly adapted. Mmmmm.*
  301. KANAYA: Rainbow Drinkers Are Especially Noted For Our Deception
  302. KANAYA: Me Not So Much
  303. KANAYA: Im A Horrible Liar
  304. ROSE: It's honestly endearing. Although I can see why it would bother you. Personally, I like to consider myself the opposite, but.
  305. ROSE: :She shrugs, watching Kanaya eat and idly returning her hand to the vampire's hip to hold her steady on her lap.:
  306. KANAYA: *Hefty chunks of meat are swiftly swallowed, some almost seemingly without chewing. As soon as the first slab is depleted she reaches for a second, eagerly ripping into it. IT's the best way to describe such an action.*
  307. KANAYA: I Find Youd Be Much More Apt Of A Liar
  308. ROSE: It's less that I'm a bad liar, and more than I have a tendency to selectively reveal bits of information, and then pretend it was deliberate. Was it? Perhaps it's another mystery.
  309. KANAYA: So Youre More Unpredictable Than Anything
  310. VRISKA: God, you sound like that white-text asshole.
  311. ROSE: In theory.
  312. ROSE: :She just rolls her eyes at Vriska.:
  313.
  314. KANAYA: *As soon as she's done speaking the meat is sunken into anew, the troll affectively gorging herself with a little less grace than normal.*
  315. VRISKA: -Vriska's lying down on a near8y couch, an arm draped over her eyes as she tried to sleep.-
  316. ROSE: :Rose reaches over Kanaya to pick up another bit of meat, gingerly holding it in two fingers and lifting it within grasp of the hungry girl, to ensue it would be readily available once her mouth was less occupied.:
  317. KANAYA: *And, just in time, Kanaya's hands and mouth run empty. She eyes the meat held above and in a single motion her head comes up to seize it in her teeth. Not even her hands. She uses those to grasp what's left before shoving it between shearing carnassials and incisors.*
  318.
  319. ROSE: :Her hands raise back a bit, as if she's feeding a wildly carnivorous animal (which in some biological sense is true), watching the meat vanish into ribbons down her gullet, and gently patting a hand to her soft stomach as she swallowed, bringing her another slab of meat and being a bit more cautious to hold it where she could snap it up without any risk of lost fingers. It was silly to be soo cautious around Kanaya, but there was something both exciting and oddly adorable about her eating habits.:
  320. VRISKA: -The sounds of snacking near8y was making her hungry, and her stomach's all-too-o8vious gurgle made it apparent that she wasn't sleeping through this without a snack. Getting up with a 8it of effort, Vriska made her way to the kitchen, intent on getting something to eat as well as giving the two lardy love8irds their privacy.-
  321. ROSE: :Rose just watched her go with a raised brow and an inquisitive look.:
  322.
  323. KANAYA: *Kanaya at the very least is aware enough to differenciate finger from steak. She barely notices the hand on her stomach, intent on devouring the next slab brought down to her. By now she's slowing down only a little to savor it, all of the heavy meat settling well in her gut and after this next hefty slab there's a bit more of a bulge to her squishy midriff.*
  324.
  325. ROSE: I've been reconsidering the feline approximations, and I have reason to believe you may be closer to a lion than a housecat. Just a hunch.
  326. ROSE: :She smirks a bit, dutifully bringing her more juicy morsels and gently sliding them between her lips.:
  327. KANAYA: What Can I Say
  328. KANAYA: Im A Different Individual When Particularly Succulent Cuts Of Meat Are Involved
  329. KANAYA: *Not to mention, despite her ferocity with the raw slabs of meat she's much more gentle when Rose's fingers are near, her teeth hardly touching them. As she's fed it's apparent that the troll is enjoying it, occasionally licking at some leftover juice from Rose's fingers before letting her head fall back in bliss in preperation for the next one.*
  330.
  331. ROSE: Given my own habits around certain substances, I'm not in any position to complain. Even if I didn't find it unfathomably endearing.
  332. ROSE: :The hand resting on Kanaya's tummy slowly begins rubbing the soft mound of fat through her top, thumb brushing the side of her belly as Rose juggled applying gentle bellyrubs and keeping the meat coming, even as the pile visibly diminished.:
  333.
  334. KANAYA: *The carnivorous creature is relentless, even though after each piece of meat she's slowly feeling herself being stuffed. Under Rose's hand her gut swelled a little larger with the gorging, but still with a nice layer of flub for ones fingers to sink in to. But she still responded well to the rubs, less monstrous in feeding as her appetite is gradually sated.*
  335. KANAYA: Mmm
  336. KANAYA: I Do Not Apologize For My Instincts Then
  337. ROSE: I couldn't expect you to apologize for your nature, especially when this is the result.
  338. ROSE: :She gives Kanaya's belly a gentle pat, watching her wobble ever-so-slightly, before glancing back to the table, meat pile mostly exhausted but pitcher untouched.:
  339. ROSE: I don't suppose you'd like dessert now, would you?
  340. KANAYA: *Her tongue glides over fang as she picks out any remaining bits of her meal, and slowly nodded.* Yeah Sure
  341. KANAYA: That Sounds Nice
  342.
  343. ROSE: :Nodding back, Rose reached forward and carefully brought the pitcher closer. While it may not have been obvious, given it's opacity, it became clear as the lip of the container came close to the troll that rather than a normal beverage, it contained nothing but liquid chocolate, thick and rich and heavy.:
  344. KANAYA: *The smell hits her first, startling the contentedly stuffed troll to new clarity aschocolate seized her senses. Holy shit. She opens her mouth for the approaching lip, thinking the contents to be a drink prevously. But this was better.*
  345.
  346. ROSE: :A smile stretched across Rose's plump lips at her reaction, and she slowly, carefully began feeding the troll the jug's worth of chocolate, holding her head up in one hand and pouring slowly into her waiting mouth to avoid spilling or choking. The chocolate was rich but poured relatively easily, and the reasonable-by-most-pitcher-standards amounts were made up for by the sheer potency of the substance.:
  347. ROSE: I think I'm allowed to spoil people once in a while, no?
  348.
  349. KANAYA: *Kanaya lifting her head is taken care of, and she allows Rose to support it accordingly as she gulps greedily, warm liquid chocolate pouring down her throat and into her belly, the thick concoction making quick work of filling it. Her eyes move up and make contact with Rose's, and indifferent sort of agreement. 'Yeah Sure' is what would be conveyed, but with no hint of sarcasm or annoyance. She's just not used to being so suddenly spoiled. Her swallowing is slow but continuous, her already rounded tummy rising and widening to accommodate all of that chocolate. Her shirt's since ridden up to allow space for her middle to grow, and Kanaya doesn't stop drinking until the pitcher eventually empties.*
  350.
  351. ROSE: :Rose is pleased by how soon the pitcher empties, both because it signals the last of the chocolate being packed away into Kanaya's gut and because it frees up her pitcher-holding hand for the belly rubs likely required by this point. Placing the pitcher back on the table, chocolate running down the front, she gazed back at the troll, momentarily pausing to wipe the glutted girl's lips with her thumb before returning to her belly and slowly pressing her fingers against the full mass in slow, soothing motions, feeling the fullness packed away within. Her other hand continued holding Kanaya's head up until she was ready to rest it once again, at which point it mained on her head and gently rubbed at her hair.:
  352.
  353. KANAYA: *In her glutted state she's almost dazedly content, a contrast to her ferocious feeding before. Her tummy's swollen to a firmer and globular size after the generous meal, sloshing and wobbling under Rose's intent fingers. Kanaya hiccups and churns from the motions, easing her head into the other hand and just letting the feeling of attention from both her hair and her belly to render her satisfied and unable to move amid the shudders of pleasure. Uurp.*
  354.
  355. KANAYA: *Oough.* Thank You Rose
  356. ROSE: It was my pleasure, believe me.
  357. ROSE: :She smiled warmly at her overfed friend, sliding her chubby fingers beneath her raised shirt and gently kneading her globular gut in one hand, pressing as softly as she could while still effectively massaging the taut mass.:
  358. KANAYA: I Think The Pleasure Was Mutual
  359. ROSE: Well, true. I'd be legitimately concerned if Kanaya Maryam suddenly found herself unable to enjoy meat and cocoa.
  360. KANAYA: Wed Both Have Reason To Be Concerned
  361. KANAYA: Because
  362. KANAYA: Such A Thing Would Never Happen
  363. KANAYA: *She looses a content little burp, tasting of both listed delicacies, and the troll licks any remains from her lips as her eyes drift closed.*
  364.
  365. ROSE: :The seer hummed softly as she watched Kanaya doze off, her head-brushing hand gently stroking against her cheek momentarily before returning to combing through her dark hair with her chubby fingers as she continued to idly rub circles in her friend's blissfully full belly. Kanaya was likely too bloated to return to her previous position wrapped around Rose's own soft paunch, but Rose herself hardly minded leaning back and sucking in slightly to give the jadeblood as much space on her plush thunder thighs as she could afford, beginning to drift off herself with Kanaya firmly placed in her lap and making small, lulling noises of contentment.:
