What does the interview involve?

As mentioned at the beginning of the recruitment process, although we do not have vacancies that match your exact skills set at this moment in time, we are interested in getting to know you. As you may know, the gaming industry is pretty faced paced and here at EA Galway we constantly growing and opening new opportunities for individuals like you. As such, this interview will be an introductory conversation in which we aim to learn more about you and for you to get to know us a bit better too!

The interview will last between 30 and 40 minutes and we will be taking a deeper look at your background and interest in the position. You will also be asked a number of competency based questions where we will be looking for specific examples of the skills important for this role. What happens next if I’m successful at the telephone interview stage?

Following the telephone interview, if we think you have what it takes to help us create a genuinely unique and exceptional customer experience and you’re excited about being part of a customer experience revolution then you will move forward to a practical assessment. This assessment will take place over Skype. More details will be provided during the telephone interview.
