First and foremost, a big thank you for taking your time to read the rules for the AUTAMEDNETWORK (Hardcore factions server).

Here at the TamedNetwork we urge our players to respect & ponder upon our rules that we request our players to follow, keep in mind that it isn't hard to follow the rules so failing to abide to such simple rules would result in punishments!

GENERAL RULES:

Rule NO.1
NO Hacked clients or any sort of ILLEGAL modifications to the Minecraft client.
There are two different kinds of clients:

1.Legal MODs
2.Illegal MODs

Example of Mods/Clients that are ALLOWED:
- Reis Minimap (without radar)
- Toggle sprint/sneak
- Armour status
- Direction HUD
- 5zigPvP mod pack
- Potion status
- Battys coords
- Voxel map
Examples of Mods/Clients that are NOT ALLOWED:
- X-RAY
- Kill aura
- Radar
- Ghostclients
- Fly hacks

If we have enough evidence for an individual using a Hacked client then you will be banned, the only way to get unbanned is by appealing or purchasing an unban on the Buycraft website - http://tamednetwork.buycraft.net/
The ILLEGAL clients that have been noted down are only a few, but it should briefly bestow you an idea on what isn't allowed here on the AUHCF server.
If you have suspicion of a hacker, notify a moderator in game or on the forums, or on Team speak. Furthermore, you can record it yourself and post a abuse report on the forums. People admitting to hacking is not strong enough evidence. Please produce strong proof to get someone banned.

Rule NO.2
No self-harm jokes/death threats
If you think telling someone to kill themselves in any sort of way is cool then think twice. Because having that sort of mindset would result in punishments, we care about our players safety & only want HCF to be a suitable atmosphere for our players to have fun.
 Failure to abide by this rule, will result in nothing else but a tempban for a week as it is a MAJOR rule that we expect you to abide by.

Rule NO.3
No DDOS threats/giving out individuals IP'S
Even joking about ddos will result in a ban. Ddosing isn't only to be taken seriously in-game but also overall outside the minecraft world, this is due to the fact that it's noted down as an ILLEGAL offence and can be a major rule breaker.

Rule NO.4
Do NOT associate other servers with Tamed, meaning giving out any server IP would be seen as ADVERTISING which is a rule that should never be broken, unless you want to be banned.

Rule NO.5
Respect staff
Here at the HCF network we don't pay our staff to fulfill their job as Staff, they do it voluteerly, therefore we expect each player to treat them with respect & thank them when ever they do their job in the expected manner.

Rule NO.6
Prevent Spamming
If you're caught repetitively spamming & insisting upon staff assistance when they're busy, then you'll most likely be muted.

Griefing: Griefing can be classified as ruining a factions base and changing its general appearance (whilst NOT raidable). This includes, Cobble monsters, lava griefs, water griefs and Frame rate droppers. The grief HAS to be big and CANNOT be removed if the grief is small and unrecognizable.

First Offense - 5 Day Temp-Ban
Second Offense - 1 Week Temp-Ban
Third Offense - 4 Week Temp-Ban
Last Offense - Perm ban

Glitching (Pearl, Fence gate Glitching): Abusing ANY glitch on the server is disallowed, pearling or fence gate glitching is an advantage that players have over other players and is illegal. Pearling onto blocks, for example, half-slabs, at an angle that allows the player to tp through the given block, is considered pearl glitching, and is punishable. Instead of abusing a glitch, make a thread on the forums regarding the bugs/glitches to help enhance the server's standing as the BEST AU HCF server there is!

First Offense - 5 Day Temp-Ban
Second Offense - 1 Week Temp-Ban
Third Offense - left to the administrators

DTR Evasion: Kicking a player or leaving a faction to prevent your DTR to not be lost is a serious offense in hcf and is an unfair method of game play.

First Offense - 12 Hour Temp-Ban for all members whom which were involved regardless if the it was the player whom which left or kicked
Second Offense - 1 Day Temp-Ban for all members whom which were involved regardless if the it was the player whom which left or kicked
Third Offense - Left to the Administrators

Allying: (MUST RECORD PROOF!) Players who ally other players on a NON ally map is yet again another unfair advantage and is punishable.
 PS - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TRUCING UP FOR END FARMINGS. Ensure that it's ONLY end farming though!

First Offense - 1 Day Temp-Ban for all members involved
Second Offense - 3 Day Temp-Ban for all members involved
Third Offense - Left to the Administrators

PVP Protection Abuse: This includes placing lava on the player that has pvp protection, trapping or drowning them. Players are NOT allowed to capture a koth or farm end whilst having their pvp timer enabled.

First Offense - Warning
Second Offense - 1 Day Temp-Ban
Third Offense - 3 Day Temp-Ban
Last offense - Left to the Administrators
