I, Dino Topic (237716), am hereby officially requesting permanent suspention of above mentioned user, Relja Zaric (470932). Reasons for this request are past and current breaking of IVAO R&R, hostile behaviour and personal attacks against other members of IVAO, which I will elaborate below.

Firstly, when Relja has registered on IVAO for first time, he was under the age limit and has falsified his true age in order to participate on network. As a young person, once he joined BalkanFly, his behaviour was tolerated to certain extent because of his age and lack of knowledge, but very soon it has developed to very annoying, rude and excessive requests for various things and talking back to members that couldn't provide an answer fast enough or were not to his satusfaction. This behaviour has lead to Relja being permanently banned from BalkanFly VA.

Shortly after, information about his true age was revealed and IVAO HQ has suspended his account. To my knowledge, Relja has created additional 2-3 accounts, falsifying his age yet again, but was suspended yet again and told to return to IVAO when he turns 13 years of age. In meantime, he became active on VATSIM, where he is still active. After he has returned, he has attempted to make progress within his home Serbian Division, but yet again, his behaviour has got him a kick from Division.

During that time, Relja has been conducting ATC in Croatia airspace (no division) and Croatian community was not able to do anything unfortunately, even with his extreme lack of knowledge of ATC in Croatia or Croatian language (official ATC language in Croatia). Soon after he has moved to Swiss Division.

Fast forward to beginning of 2016. As time moved on, Relja has befriended Mario Kopljar (489044) and Karlo Siljevinac (238184). Short background on Mario: he has been active on VATSIM for some time now and has been earning ratings there (easily done due to lack of traffic and use of ATC simulator, no real traffic) and transfering them here to IVAO. Other than that, his only bad spot is his collaboration with Relja (poor reputation).

Karlo Siljevinac on other hand has a very long history of problems that he caused, one Croatian Division, 2 VAs and LDZO OIF that he single-handedly ruined. His own behaviour from day one on IVAO has been extremely nationalistic, very bipolar and has been compulsively lieing to members around him. As I mentioned, old HR-DIV has fallen apart due to him causing conflict between staff and members, Air Croatia Virtual fell apart for same reason and Croatia Cargo disappeared
