IV) GUIDELINES:
	These are some general guidelines for what means what within this memo, and how to do things. Basically, a formatting style sheet.

Notes:
1. Preferred method.
2. Use of this method is strongly discouraged.
3. Preferred in other cases.
4. Preferred for narrating actions of the character associated with the used handle. Also useful when narrating about an item or pet belonging to that character.
5. Rarely used.
6. Can be used within narration.
7. Useful for written notes. 6
8. Useful for when a mute character writes to communicate.
