Last day they notice she's come to class in a bit of a sweat, tail swishing and looking overall anxious with her belly slightly lower.

"... be at home or the hospital delivering the foal, but I've decided to come anyway to give you a better idea of how to manage labor. But don't be alarmed now, at my current stage I shouldn't be pushing until near the end of class, so feel free to ask or get a closer look."

The entire day is her teaching about proper foaling precautions and procedures all while answering questions about her increasingly stronger contractions, making her more out of breath and slightly matted with sweat, still soldiering on.
One curious foal asked to feel what a contraction feels like, touching Cheerilee's belly and feeling it tighten up as she explains it to the class.

 "Now everypony pay attention, during a contraction, you will feel your belly start to... tighten... starting from near your chest."

She goes silent as the class member watches in shock as the teacher's belly visibly starts to harden near her chest, speading downward as the muscles become readily apparent.

"These contractions... cause the foals to slowly... descend toward the birth canal--"

Her breath hitches again, this contraction quite harder than others.

"... so that they may settle into position for delivery."

She's notably out of breath, panting slightly from the aftermath.

The lesson isn't fully over when cheerilee feels a particularly strong contraction. She hunches over and groans, trying to take a deep breath when another contraction hits her.

"Applebloom, oooh, be a dear and fetch your brother!"

The filly gallops out of the room towards the market, while the rest of the student body is looking with a bit of fear at Cheerilee's condition, now with her currenly leaning against a wall, panting hard and rubbing her belly with a free hoof. Sweetie most of all, as the teenage mare is pregnant herself at the moment.

"C-Class, this is what we call the start of the transtition to active delivery. The contractions notably spike in intensity as--"

She grits her teeth as she walks toward in front of her desk, hind legs shaking.

"... the amniotic sack inside is squeezed as the foals move downward, soon leading to... AH!"

The biggest contraction yet hits her, hind legs slightly spread and shaking as she makes gasps and slight vocalizations, ending it in a long groan when her waters explode on the ground beneath her.

The classs recoils in shock as Cheerilee lets out a loud "Ooooohhhhhhhh~". Fluid gushing between her legs. After a few seconds it peters out, leaving a very shocked Cheerilee with a small pond beneath her.

"Class, that is what we like to call the 'water breaking'. This means that the foal is... just 10 to 30 minutes away, so make sure to find a secure place with padding... and FOAL!"

Punctuated by her laying on her side, her progeny waiting no longer as she waits for Mac to get here.
