Sorry in advance for making you read so much, I just want to make sure to explain my side of it especially well because in the future I’d like to apply for a moderator position and I don’t want these false accusations to ruin that.

Summary:

I believe I was banned from the TeamSpeak under false pretenses. The two players who reported me are known to start drama. One of them (Jaime) was not even there until just before mskitty joined the room so he was obviously not telling the truth. Both players I have contributed to getting temporarily banned in the past and I believe this was some kind of revenge.

Champgod has a long past with me, so I try to avoid him. He originally was banned for 30 days for impersonating a crytek employee and threatening to ban ME. I had not done anything bannable he just didn’t like me for some reason and kept telling me to leave the room or I’d be banned. He was the only person that didn’t want me in there. So my friends and I left. He was also banned for rapping and roasting on a separate occasion. Also apparently he was high during the testimonial to mskitty and you could kind of tell.

Jamie honestly I believe he is just jealous of my hanging out with some of the females in the teamspeak and how I’m close friends with most of them and he’s really not good socially and I feel a bit sorry for him. I’ve never given him reason to dislike me but he has always been very aggressive and rude towards me.

I also was never given an opportunity to on a one on one basis tell the moderator (Ms Kitty) my side of the story. I was not even able to explain what happened. My appeal to these allegations was like 20 people talking at once and me still not understanding that they weren't kidding with their outlandish accusation. She did not even get anyones full story just two players agreeing and blam I was banned. Any moderator put into these situations should know to separate the people and get everyone’s story. I also believe even if this was true it would not warrant a PERMANENT LEVEL 2 ban.

Play by play:

Champgod joined a room I was in with a few friends I’d met that day and we were playing Free For All I believe.

I welcomed him warmly I believe with a “Hey, how’s it going bud?” but knew I’d be moving on soon because I hate his drama and constantly bragging and asserting social dominance over other people by roasting (if you don’t know what that is it’s pretty much just a trendy way of saying putting down and criticizing people with a backing of friends encouraging it. It’s never fun for the victim though and known to make people rage quit.)

A little while later the room filled up a bit more and it began. Champgod has been told not to rap or roast before by Crytek Moderator Moka_Akashadian89 and Crytek Moderator Howard_Rockz. I asked him to stop nicely and I believe this annoyed him and he turned his roasting onto me. Calling me ‘my nigga and little boy and similar stuff. The roasting was just along the lines of the normal “I F***ed your mom” “You suck at warface” “1v1 me pussy” “*Insert random small dick comment*” stuff.

I asked him to stop and told him I’m not his nigga nor am I a nigga. I told him I am half Japanese half Korean. Upon which he said “My Nigga since you’re Japanese and Korean you gotta choose between dogs or cats to eat.” (Playing into the racial stereotype that Japanese eat cats and Koreans eat dogs)

I replied with “Okay ‘my nigga’ then you gotta choose between kfc and popeyes to eat.”

Please note I said my nigga back at him sarcastically because he wouldn’t stop referring to me as it. Despite me correcting him and asking him not to. I make a point never to say the N-Word (Nigger) (To be honest I even felt bad typing it just now) because I do believe it to be derogatory to African Americans and not even something to joke about. Nigga on the other hand has been accepted as an okay joking around slang term for friend by the African American community (Though how champgod was using it was derogatory) which I used only because he used it first I thought since was an African American him saying it he kind of okayed it to be said.

He then continued roasting me and I mostly ignored it, maybe saying something like “Whatever” or “Shut up, nobody cares” or “You’re so annoying haha, just go away” a few times and I admit it was immature to respond at all to him.

I then believe he felt he wasn’t getting enough reaction out of me and messaged ms kitty and Jamie to join the room.

Once ms kitty joined he instantly started in about “Ban Blake he called me a N*****!” And Jamie backed him up (Having just joined) saying something in agreement like “Yea he did, ban him!”

This definitely caught me off-guard. I’m not used to people blatantly lying like that and I was definitely nervous because MsKitty does not know me and know I’d never do that.

I told them “Guys this isn’t Howard you can’t joke around like that she’ll take you seriously.”

They both replied something along the lines of “We’re serious”

Then it turned into me trying to reason with them like “Guys you know I’d never do that, what the heck?”, “Are you trying to get me banned? Do you think it’s funny?”, “Champgod are you high?”…

A few minutes later I was still confused and trying to understand the situation and beginning to explain what happened and blam “Cannot connect to server” Not even a chance to explain myself. I believe I was mid-sentence asking Jamie how he’d even know if he just joined.

Please talk to Crytek NA Moderator Howard_Rockz, he has known me 8+ months even before he was a moderator and will confirm:

I would NEVER say the N-word

These players are not reliable

This was probably revenge for me getting them in trouble in the past (They’re the type to do stuff like this for revenge and think they’ll get away with it)

They have been previously banned for similar drama
