It's best to find the blue materials, Thoron Particles and Tritanium from the material boxes from the end of Elite PvE queues. Everything else can be easily harvested in Tau Dewa Sector Patrol missions, the Jouret, Pheben, and Archer systems all have three harvest nodes.
