Fuck yeah. The best part now: explicit flaming. I'm not really going to shoot every single Staff, but I'll shoot several ones. Of course I'm gonna give my constructive reasons of why I disapprove them being what they currently are.

Whoa, 14 members were shoot down by me. Excluding S.N.N., there were 13. 13 of a total 28 members (excluding Chester, System and The Magician, actually Smallhacker's reregs). This means: almost half of the Staff is crappy and fucking useless and are here just as mere placeholders. And this also means that, if all those users had effective by default, the site would be 192% more effective than it actually is.

And that's it. Half a team to be shoot down is a lot, and I mainly did it to explicitly give examples on sectors which need to be heavily improved.

I fucking want to be Administrator. Not just Staff anymore. Because it feels like people needs someone to TEACH how to manage the site.

As for the users which weren't shoot down: congratulations. You're effective and awesome by default. Keep up the pace.
