For about two years, strange crime and murders are occuring in a powerful Human kingdom.
A dragonkin who works among the law enforcement noticed elven, dragonic and dwarven murder are getting more attention than regular murder against humans despite the minorities killing more than the humans. One day as he was patroling the slums, he witnessed a murder of a human from dwarven gunfire.
As he testified against the dwarf and got him put down by the state, outrage from dwarfs and guilt-tripped humans alike were rampaging and destroying the streets of the kingdom.
The next day a strange, elven woman in a holy outfit came in his office and offered him a deal and a very powerful secret.
"Everyone but the human race is God's race, you better be careful who you send to execution. I believe you should join us so nothing bad will happen to you."
Despite the dragon feeling scared, he declined the offer and the elf felt disgusted.
After the riots ended he started to get strange messages from mail and crystalized voice messages filled with death threats and blackmail. Between how humans feel regarding trying to keep peace with the other races and his own saftey, he has no choice but to try and avoid the threats.
As he was able to apprehend an elf for attempted murder, strange hunts from the elves have occured against him as he tries to survive.
On top of trying to bring proper law down in the kingdom regardless of race, the dragonkin needs to lay down the law on murder regardless of race and find out the truth of the mysterious group.
