  1. So to anybody who doesn't know, I have had a severe depressive disorder for a number of years, which has gotten really bad, recently. In October, I went through a really bad break up, which spoils my mood pretty much every time it crosses my mind--an occurrence which happens far more frequently than I would like. If it looks like I'm in a bad mood or that something is bothering me, I more than likely am, and I'm trying not to make it obvious. As nice as it is to know people care, talking about it isn't something that helps anymore, it only makes it worse.
  2. I don't mind being asked how I'm doing, but I tend to get more upset the more people ask if I'm okay. Don't worry about saying something that might make it worse, but if I'm saying "I hate myself," or "I feel like shit," or even just saying "fuck" with a disheartened tone, I would prefer to not have any comments about it.
