I parsed through https://twitter.com/_ravager 's tweets and some other sources, and glued together a list of spammy domains you should ban in your twitch dashboard.

Place these in the "Banned words" box inside your twitch dashboard
http://www.twitch.tv/settings/channel

and update.




ON THE OTHER HAND:

As a channel owner, using a custom bot, you can also just whitelist the trusted domains you want, while checking the twitch option to automatically block urls, as in:

Block Hyperlinks - Delete links in chat (checked)
