Notable ENF Anime

Devil Hunter Yohko: Not totally ENF, but has a few amazing scenes, the best involving a newspaper and a fight in a park. (See also: the hilarious parody, Demon Fighter Kocho)

Hatsukoi Limited Girl (Specifically, the OVA specials): An OAV divided into six short vignettes, a girl forgets to wear underwear to school, hilarity ensues.

Freezing: basically ENF - The Series.  An anime where beings from another dimension attack the earth, and it's up to the females of a Japanese school to fight them.  Clothing can be regenerated via technological means, and is torn off constantly, and in the DVD specials have a tendency to go haywire.

Ultimate Girls:  Japan is constantly being attacked by giant monsters. Three girls are accidentally crushed by the hero that fights them.  He brings them back to life using his powers, but in doing so the girls now have to be the ones fighting the monsters!  However, when their energy gets low, their costumes start to dissolve!
