You:Hi Mitchell, I've tried doing that, but I'm overseas. There's a 60 min wait on that line, so it's going to cost me $100 waiting on hold. How else can I follow up on this order? If there's no way to confirm it's gone through I'd like to cancel it

You:How can I cancel the order?
Mitchell C:You can call pre-activation  team at 1800-555-050 to cancel the order. They are available Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm EST.

You:I just tried that number and it says I can't reach them from my phone

You:That's crazy... so the order can't go through and I can't cancel it at all... so what will happen to it? If I just ignore it and they can't reach me I guess it will just not go though?
