Raid performance:
As far as damage goes Pasid always performs extremely well even considering his transition into raid leader so anything under his normal can understandably be expected. He has shown up to every raid as far as I can tell and essentially knows every fight in and out due to clearing Siege multiple times from what I gather.

Attitude:
Honestly when I look at it Pasid he is arguably the guilds top elitist which isn't a bad thing in my opinion especially as a raid leader. In other words he can come off as an ass at first glance(or every depending on the person) but after understanding more of his background he has the resume to back it up considering how many characters(many many feral druids wtf) he has run through full heroic siege.

Personality:
I personally enjoy our conversations and group talk so I have found that he can switch modes depending on the atmosphere which is to say during raids he is critical of everyone and outside of raids he knows how to socialize.

Does he she live up to the standards that we strive for:
Yes a good player with good raid awareness.
