A few all masks ideas/optimizations

Some basic optimizations/ideas that I don't see people use in all masks.



cycle 2:

- withdraw 196r to skip banker text (you'll have 0r left in bank after doing this because of 4r fee at night and this is fine because this is the last time you ever use the banker)

- deathwarp after bow to skip soar (saves ~7s because waiting for aliens anyway)

* bugs in ranch to skip stick dupe? (get milk, goron roll to bugs, drink milk as deku, spin to gossip, turn human, timestop, goron ladder clip + day reset, dupe bombs in pf, no need to get stick in grotto UPDATE: no other place to get fish/bugs for sakon cs skip... probably makes duping stick worth it)

cycle 4:

- blast + bomb curiosity clip to skip tektite while moving sirloin (saves 3s from mask transitions and saves more time by skipping bomb shop trip)


* Skipping the stick dupe is probably not worth it now because of sakon's hideout cs skip, but keeping it listed anyway (I wasn't entirely sure if it was worth it before either).
