  15. We have decided to take the next step into having a BDSM relationship. This contract is here to clear any misunderstanding between use and make the best of our relationship. This contract is not legally binding. Any termination of this contract will be covered in section 1. This is an agreement made between us both that we will serve our roles in the relationship.

  20. [1] OUTLINE

  22. This contract will cover all important areas of our relationship pertaining to SLAVE TRAINING. This contract will end once you have completed training and our real BDSM RELATIONSHIP CONTRACT is in place.

  24. [1.01] HARM
  25.  
  26. Since the body of SLAVE now belongs to MASTER it is MASTER's responsibility to protect that body from permanent bodily harm. Should SLAVE ever come to permanent bodily harm during the course of punishment or in any other slavery related activity, whether by intention or accident, it will be grounds for immediate termination of this contract, should SLAVE so desire. Permanent bodily harm shall be determined as:

  28. 1. Any damage that involves loss of mobility or function, including broken bones.
  29. 2. Any permanent marks on the skin, including scars or burns, unless accepted by SLAVE.
  30. 3. Any long lasting lacerations that could be cause for suspicion of abuse< unless accepted by SLAVE.
  31. 4. Any piercing of the flesh which leaves a permanent hole, unless accepted by the SLAVE.
  32. 5. Any diseases that could result in any of the above results, including sexually transmitted diseases.

  34. [1.02] SECRECY
  35.  
  36. All physical evidence of the slavery will be kept in total secrecy, except where both MASTER and SLAVE agree. Any violation of this clause shall be cause to terminate this contract, should the injured party wish it. The materials and physical evidence shall be kept under lock and key in a place acceptable to both parties.

  38. [1.03] ALTERATION OF CONTRACT
  39.  
  40. This contract may not be altered, except when both MASTER and SLAVE agree. When the contract time is up, and is changed to the BDSM RELATIONSHIP CONTRACT, this contract will be permanently destroyed.

  42. [1.04] TERMINATION
  43.  
  44. This contract may be terminated at any time by MASTER, but never by SLAVE, except under special conditions explained within this contract. Upon termination, all physical evidence of the slavery, including this contract, will be destroyed, and all materials and belongings shall belong to the MASTER, to be shared or kept as they see fit. SLAVE, shall once again own their body.

  49. [2] SLAVE ROLES
  50.  
  51. SLAVE agrees to submit completely to MASTER in all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the slave may willfully refuse to obey the directive of MASTER without risking punishment, except in situations where the slaves's veto (see section 2.01) applies. The slave also agrees that, once entered into the SLAVERY TRAINING contract, their body belongs to MASTER, to be used as seen fit, within the guidelines defined herein. SLAVE agrees to please MASTER to the best of their ability, in that they now exist solely for the pleasure of said MASTER. SLAVE agrees to follow their guidelines at all times.

  53. [2.01] SLAVE'S VETO
  54.  
  55. SLAVE, where appropriate, holds veto power over any command given by MASTER, at which time they may rightfully refuse to obey that command. This power may only be invoked under the following circumstances, or where agreed by both MASTER and SLAVE:

  57. 1. Where said command conflicts with any existing laws and may lead to fines, arrest, or prosecution of SLAVE.
  58. 2. Where said command may cause extreme damage to SLAVE's life, such as losing their job, causing family stress, etc.
  59. 3. Where said command may cause permanent bodily harm (see 1.01) to SLAVE.
  60. 4. Where said command may cause psychological trauma to SLAVE.

  62. [2.02] PUNISHMENT
  63.  
  64. SLAVE agrees to accept any and all punishment MASTER decides to inflict, whether SLAVE feels it was earned or not. Punishment of SLAVE is subject to certain rules designed to protect SLAVE from intentional abuse or permanent bodily harm (see 1.01). Punishment must not incur permanent bodily harm, or the following forms of abuse:

  66. 1. Blood may not be drawn at any time. Punishment must stop immediately if blood is drawn
  67. 2. Burning the body
  68. 3. Drastic loss of circulation
  69. 4. Causing internal bleeding
  70. 5. Loss of consciousness
  71. 6. Withholding of any necessary materials, such as food, water, or sunlight for extended periods of time

  75. [3] MASTER ROLES
  76.  
  77. MASTER accepts the responsibility of SLAVE's body, to do with as they see fit, under the provisions determined in this contract. MASTER agrees to care for SLAVE, to arrange for the safety and well-being of the SLAVE, as long as they own SLAVE. MASTER also accepts the commitment to treat SLAVE properly, to train SLAVE, punish SLAVE, love SLAVE, and use SLAVE as they see fit. MASTER agrees to not attempt to psychologically manipulate SLAVE in any way, shape, or form. MASTER agrees to keep the guidelines for SLAVE updated at all times.

  81. [4] HEALTH

  83. Both MASTER and SLAVE agree to stay in optimal health. This includes but it not limited to, eating healthy, being hydrated, and exercise. Both MASTER and SLAVE will tell each other of any diseases or illnesses they may have contracted, as well as a general idea of how they are both feeling at any given time if requested by the other.

  85. [4.01] MENTAL HEALTH

  87. Both MASTER and SLAVE agree to openly communicate about their general well being and the state of their mental health. This includes but is not limited to, depression, anger, and suicidal thoughts. Both MASTER and SLAVE agree to help each other to the best of their abilities. MASTER agrees to not attempt to use SLAVE's mental health against SLAVE, or as any sort of punishment. MASTER and SLAVE both agree to help and encourage each other to get better at all times.

  92. [5] SEX
  93.  
  94. MASTER will be completely in control during sexual activities and may choose to do them at any time. SLAVE may request to not do sexual things based on section 2.01, and any other conditions that will not be in the best interest of SLAVE. SLAVE will always give consent to MASTER before having sex. MASTER may touch slave at any time without consent, if SLAVE would not like to be touched at this time, they will use a safe word. Once consent is given by SLAVE it will not be withdrawn without the use of a safe word. MASTER agrees to respect SLAVE's safe words at all times, regardless of the condition.

  96. [5.01] SAFE WORDS

  98. Safe words may be used by SLAVE at any time. During sex, a safe word will withdraw consent from MASTER to have sex with you. During any other activity a safe word will withdraw all consent from MASTER to touch you in general. The safe words are as follows.

  100. Orange - Full stop. Get dressed.
  101. Red - Partial stop. Take a break.
  102. Yellow - Approaching limit. Take it easy.
  103. Black - In fear. Check with SLAVE before continuing.

  108. [6] SIGNATURES

  110. By signing this contract you will take your role as MASTER and SLAVE and hereby agree to all things written in this contract, as well as spoken agreements that have been apart of the relationship before the contract.

  112. [6.01] MASTER
  113.  
  114. I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to accept SLAVE as my property, their body as my possession, and to care for them to the best of my ability. I shall provide for their security and well-being and command them, train them, and punish them. I understand the responsibility implicit in this arrangement, and agree that no harm shall come to SLAVE as long as they are mine. I further understand that I can withdraw from this contract at any time.

  119. [6.02] SLAVE
  120.  
  121. I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to give myself to MASTER, and further accept their claim of ownership over my physical body. I understand that I will be commanded and trained and punished as a slave, and I promise to be true and to fulfill the pleasures and desires of MASTER to the best of my abilities. I understand that I cannot withdraw from this contract except as stated in this contract.
