  1. Once upon a time in smogtours, n1n1 called out SPL player Braverius, claiming he would be able to do better in SPL than Zach would do. Zach responded by challenging n1n1 to a bo3 bo3, which neither backed out of. n1n1 won the very first bo3 bo3, Zach pulled it back in the second bo3 bo3, and now on the first of August, we're finally seeing these players clash it out in their very final bo3 bo3.
  2.
  3. Set 1
  4. n1n1 vs Braverius 1 - 0
  5. n1n1: Mawile-Mega / Kyurem-Black / Deoxys-Attack / Talonflame / Rotom-Wash / Scrafty
  6. Braverius: Bronzong / Landorus-Therian / Volcanion / Kangaskhan-Mega / Thundurus / Hoopa-Unbound
  7.
  8. n1n1 starts out with an uncommon mixture between hyper offense and bulky offense, including Mawile outside of Trick Room. Zach brought a relatively standard team but with Bronzong as Trick Room setter. After a couple of good reads by Zach, which made n1n1 lose his Mawile. Braverius seems to have won the game after putting up a Substitute with his Volcanion, but after a crit by n1n1's Deoxys, the game ended up being a W for n1n1

  10. n1n1 vs Braverius 1 - 1
  11. n1n1: Kyurem / Charizard-Mega-Y / Landorus-Therian / Gastrodon / Gengar / Aegislash
  12. Braverius: Bronzong / Landorus-Therian / Volcanion / Kangaskhan-Mega / Thundurus / Hoopa-Unbound
  13.
  14. n1n1 vs Braverius 2 - 1
  15. n1n1: Hippowdon / Excadrill / Latios / Cradily / Magmar / Blastoise-Mega
  16. Braverius: Bronzong / Landorus-Therian / Volcanion / Kangaskhan-Mega / Thundurus / Hoopa-Unbound
  17.
  18. n1n1 fell back on one of this classic teams featuring his two signature Pokemon; Hippowdon and Cradily. Zach had to play with caution due to his Kangaskhan getting burned due to the opposing Magmar turn one. Braverius put himself in a terrible position when he Skill Swapped Cradily's Water Absorb away, which left his Volcanion unable to attack. After Cradily setting up with Stockpile and Zach losing his Thundurus and Hoopa, he decided to forfeit, resulting the first set to go to n1n1.
  19.
  20. Set 2
  21. n1n1 vs Braverius 0 - 1 (2 - 2)

  23. Braverius: Kangaskhan-Mega / Jirachi / Keldeo / Kyurem-Black / Heatran / Thundurus
  24.
  25. Zach finally decided to un-teamlock himself for set two. Zach gets an early paralyze on n1n1's Diancie, and side PUPs with his Kangaskhan, before it getting burned the next turn by Gengar. Zach gets a freeze on Rotom-Wash with Ice Punch Kangaskhan as well, putting n1n1 in a poor position. Eventually, Zach cleans up the game with Thundurus and Jirachi, putting Zach in the lead for set 2.
  26.
  27. n1n1 vs Braverius 0 - 2 (2 - 3)
  28. n1n1: Tyranitar / Sceptile-Mega / Volcanion / Conkeldurr / Thundurus-Therian / Aegislash
  29. Braverius: Kangaskhan-Mega / Jirachi / Keldeo / Kyurem-Black / Heatran / Thundurus
  30.
  31. Zach unsurprisingly decides to use the same team, while n1n1 changes it up by using some uncommon Pokemon such as Mega Sceptile and Thundurus-Therian. n1n1 gets caught off-guard and loses his Sceptile to the Shuca Berry Heatran. Calm Mind Keldeo wasn't able to defeat Conkeldurr, but eventually Iron Head flinches came through for Zach.
  32.
  33. Set 3
  34. n1n1 vs Braverius 0 - 1 (2 - 4)
  35. n1n1: Kangaskhan-Mega / Diancie / Amoonguss / Chandelure / Gyarados / Hoopa-Unbound
  36. Braverius: Aegislash / Landorus-Therian / Azumarill / Amoonguss / Kangaskhan-Mega / Talonflame
  37.
  38. Zach decided to bring a bulky offense style of team including the powerful bunny, where n1n1 decided to go with fullroom. Zach loses his Kangaskhan to the opposing one. The game was mostly about positioning and switching to try to get into the best position., however over several plays Zach pulled the momentum towards him and cleans the game with Talonflame and Landorus-Therian.
  39.
  40. n1n1 vs Braverius 0 - 2 (2 - 5)

  42. Braverius: Kangaskhan-Mega / Jirachi / Keldeo / Kyurem-Black / Heatran / Thundurus
  43.
  44. Zach unsurprisingly fell back to a team he used before. We also finally get to see the first Gardevoir of the entire series on n1n1's side, who decides to bring Trick Room yet again. The game is a slow game without many crazy plays happening, apart from Zach's Thundurus using Rain Dance, which caused n1n1's Abomasnow to miss. n1n1 eventually decided to click the not super effective move and canceled out his own Trick Room with Jellicent. Eventually Kangaskhan finishes out the game and that is how Zach won the final bo3 bo3!
