  2. Hello [xxxxx], I am now back to working condition and taking orders. There's nothing available for purchase on hand. All glass is made on order basis. The wait for clear work is 4-6weeks after purchase. Master CyClones are $300 shipped.

  6. Hey thanks so much for taking the time, I'll most likely be placing an order with you in a couple of weeks when I get some funds together. How much are you selling a unworked claw for? How much for a mini?

  23. Hey, hope all is going well with you. I had placed an order may 9th for a midi claw 18mm. Just wondering when it might be shipping and what carrier you usually use.
  24. Thanks again,
  25. [xxxxx]

  29. This is my second and final attempt to contact you about my order I placed on May 9th. It is not really optional to communicate with a customer, you haven't provided me with a receipt, delivery date, or even an indication that you received my payment.
  30.
  31. Here's what we're going to do: If you haven't emailed me a tracking number for my shipment in the allotted time period you initially stated, I will be opening a dispute with Paypal. That day is this Friday ;]

  36. Hello [xxxxx], If I sat here and updated everyone all the time I would get nothing done. A recipt was emailed to you by PayPal after you made your purchase. Delivery date can not be made til the piece is done. The wait times were not deadlines. I have a lot to get done and can not garauntee when anything will be done. All I can do is estimate. There are others who have waited longer then you, knowing it would be so. You know that my hand was broken and that I just got back to work. I do not appreciate your inpatients and will not entertain your tacticts. If you do not want the piece I will not make it there are many others that would love to have the piece you have ordered. I recieve 20-50 emails daily and you expect me to be able to answer them as they come in. I will make the piece when your oder comes down the line. If your money is not there I will sell it to someone else.

  42. Let's get one thing straight:  I'm not trying to rush, hassle, pressure you or any of that.  I only am trying to cover myself from getting ripped off!
  43.
  44. If your wait times where anything other than 4-6 weeks, you should've stated that.  I never would've agreed to purchase anything upfront to be shipped at your discretion.  If the piece was going to take longer than the 45 day window of protection Paypal offers, you should've put off billing, me waiting is not at all part of the issue.
  45.
  46. I'm not being unreasonable at all to ask you to honor what you wrote.  Most legitimate business people actually try to make their customers feel comfortable with the online transaction as possible.  It seems like you better just issue a refund, I don't know how to make it "not there" from your Paypal account.
  47.
  48. Are you OK with that?  One word answer is fine since you're so busy.

  55. You don't make sense you say you are not trying to rush, hassle, pressure or any of that. All while strating a PayPal dispute. Because I have not responded to your follow up messages in time for your liking. You then try to explain to me how most legitimate businesses run. I have not failed at coming through with anything that I have wrote. I am one person, I do not have a staff of people to follow up and answer every burning desire of a question. If I answer emails I get no glass made. So what is it you want? My glass or my interaction through email? I am the only one who makes the things I do. A 4-6week wait means that. It doesn't say deadline anywhere in there and has nothing to do with PayPal protection policy. Any and all of that nonsense is been propetuated by you and your friends. I have no time for any more emails other then to tell you it has shipped. I will not ship if there is a dispute on payment and how am I supposed to know you will not pull the same once the product has made it to you. That has happened twice now. Your passive agressive aproach to badgering me is not very appealing. You want me to create a flawless piece for you while complicating my life. Good luck with your outlook on how to handle things.

  59. When someone says something is going to take 4-6 weeks that means they have no idea of when it can be done and has given a estimate to when it MIGHT be done. A deadline would be. I will have it done within 6 weeks, then if it goes longer then that it would be in default.

  63. I'm sorry that you don't have time for a one sentence response to a legitimate customer question, but do seem to have time for several long rambling emails that make little to no sense.  I have bought glass online many times before and have never dealt with this level of bullshit, and frankly I refuse to do so.
  64.
  65. When you tell a customer 4-6 weeks, the average person WILL ASSUME THAT IS A DEADLINE AND THEY WILL BE CONCERNED IF YOU WON'T COMMUNICATE WITH THEM.
  66.
  67. At this point I'm just looking for a refund.  It will take you 1 minute, then I'm out of your hair forever.  If you don't refund my money voluntarily today, I will be advancing my claim against you tomorrow, which means paypal will get involved, and extra inconvenience for both of us.

  70. Jun 30 mrboote:
  71. I am asking you for a refund, now for the third time.  I have escalated my dispute to a claim against you, which I can drop at any time if you decide to do the right thing.  Don't make this anymore inconvenient for either one of us.
  72.
  73. [After the claim period expired, paypal took less than 8 hours to find in my favor. The funds were available the same day]
