  2. Bubble Witch 3 Saga is King’s latest Match-3 release. Continuing the popular saga of Stella the Witch having to pop some bubbles, this may seem fairly familiar to experienced players. Still, there are plenty of new things to learn about, as well as some things you might have previously forgotten.

  4. Gamezebo’s Bubble Witch 3 Saga Tips, Cheats and Strategies will set you up, whether you’re new to the series or just need to get to grips with what else is going on here.

  9. You probably already know that you can swap bubbles around, but did you know that unused bubbles have a purpose now? As you pop other bubbles, a special bubble guarded by Nero the cat powers up. Once filled up, it can then be detonated. Just direct it at some surrounding bubbles, and it’ll wipe them out.
  10. The added bonus is that if the bubbles currently available to you are useless, you can tap on the special bubble and it’ll absorb your selected bubble. Sure, it’s using up a turn, but it can make all the difference in the long run. Especially if the currently available bubbles are useless to you.
  11. Use the guide line carefully! It works to show you where your shots are going to be directed. It’s better than ever, reaching a much further distance than before. Remember – you can bounce shots off the edge of the screen to create better angles.
  12. Don’t rush your moves. Bubble Witch 3 Saga is more strategical than before, so you want to take your time to plan ahead. It’s better to think for a moment then rush into your instincts. There’s no timer after all, so better placement is everything!
  13. When you’re trying to clear all the bubbles, focus on finding weak links in masses of bubbles. That way, you can take out a much larger area with just one hit.

  19. Ghost levels are new and hugely satisfying. You need to consider them carefully though. Your aim is to create a path through a maze of bubbles. The ghost will always move to the highest vacant space automatically, so you want to help him along the way.
  20. Don’t worry about clearing everything here. Focus on making small gaps for your ghost to move upwards through.
  21. Another stage has you matching owls. If you clear them instead, you don’t gain the points. They just move away to a different bubble. Focus on actually matching them instead, so you don’t waste moves.
  22. See fairies trapped in bubbles? Burst them and you’ll cause a chain reaction which is always a good thing! Oftentimes, you can use that chain reaction to clear areas that would have taken multiple bubbles to do so ordinarily. It’s all about conserving moves after all.
  23. After level 20, you unlock daily quests. These reward you with Star Dust which can be used to buy more decorations for your home. Focus on completing quests every day. You get a new one every four hours, so Star Dust can really add up fast.
  24. Why do you want to build your home? That also unlocks extra bonuses such as temporary unlimited lives or power-ups. It takes hardly any time to use up your Star Dust so check in regularly! You can visit other players’ homes too.

  28. 1. Aim for the weak links!
  29.
  30. Before you fire off a bubble, make sure you’re shooting one into the best spot. Look around the mass of bubbles before you do and see if you can find any “weak” links. If a bubble has no anchor point or any surrounding bubbles to hang onto, it’ll fall down and automatically be collected. You can take advantage of this by taking out thin sections of a big mass to bring the whole thing down. Look for thin chains that are connecting big lumps of bubbles. You usually have to to bounce a bubble off the wall in order to reach these links, but that shouldn’t be a problem.
  31.
  32. 2. Fill up the special bubble!
  33.
  34. To the left of your bubble shooter is a gray empty bubble held by Nero. As you pop regular bubbles, this special bubble will begin to fill up. After it’s filled, a special bomb-type bubble will be placed into your shooter. This bubble will detonate one it hits its target, popping all the surrounding bubbles. This special bubble is incredibly useful for clearing out small groups or hitting those weak links as described above. Do note that you can actually sacrifice a turn to fill up the bubble a little bit. If your two current bubbles aren’t going to do you much good at the moment, tapping the special bubble will fill it up a bit at the cost of losing your currently selected regular bubble. Sometimes it’s worth it, such as when you don’t have any possible matches with your current two bubbles.
  35.
  36. 3. Focus on a path in the ghost levels!
  37.
  38. There will be levels where you’ll need to lead a ghost through the maze of colorful bubbles. The ghost will always move up to the highest vacant space on the board, and when it does the screen will automatically scroll up wards. Anything that ends up behind the white line near Stella when the screen stops scrolling is instantly vaporized. Because of this, the best way to deal with the ghost levels is to just focus on making one small for your little ghost buddy instead of trying to clear the whole board. You’ll save a lot of moves this way!
  39.
  40. 4. Complete the quests!
  41.
  42. Once you complete level 20, you’ll unlock Nero’s daily quests! These quests will reward you with Star Dust that you can use to buy more decorations for your new home. Complete as many as you can to ensure that your house stays fancy and up-to-date! When you complete a quest, that slot will empty and a new quest will show up in four hours.
