100% glitchless JP vs ENG

JP saves time from:

- octo shooting: ~12s in current route (25s faster real time, but only allows you to sodt 15 min igt earlier, which about 12s real time)
- kafei running cs after sakon: ~8s
- hookshot: ~18s
- JP text: ???
- timesave from pcs seems negligible

ENG saves time from:

- time saved flipping stt: ???
- goron void to skip goron baby cs after blowing up race track boulder: ~8s?
- goron void to skip switch cs in stt: ~7s?
- english loading zones: ???


ENG and JP are about the same speed, possible for ENG to be faster overall if loading zones are worth enough time. JP has no good place to route in postman, so it is also much more inconsistent.
