  58. Marburg, now a contested area between a suspicious old man and his horde of undead and a number of soldiers and adventurers, poses a number of mysteries. Who is the old man? Where are the undead from? What is there reason for being there in the first place? Is the suspicious old man the main threat or is there something more nefarious lurking in the dark and pulling the strings? These are all questions the adventurers will likely need to answer in order to figure out just what is going on and put a stop to it!

  60. However, since Marburg is home to the dead, and clearly under some sort of spell or curse, it is a dangerous place. One should not wander alone unless they wish to invite disaster upon themselves. While the soldiers dig in and create a temporary safe-zone within the undead infested town, the adventurers are set to investigate what is going on.

  259. Six hours is all that is needed for the temple of Vardama to be alerted to undead in a small town.....and for one of their 'specialists to arrive. Once there, a woman slides off of a horse that had been riding hard for the past hour, and she puts it near a water trough.....taking off it's saddle and tack to let it roam free.

  261. She, however, takes off her cloak and strides for the main building. yes she's a Mul'niessa...and she's not expecting to be welcomed warmly.

  282. Standing 5' tall, this dark skinned woman has white blonde hair that goes down to her shoulders. She has large blue eyes, and a tiara on her forehead, with a couple of crystals in it. She has pointed ears and an angular face as well as full lips. The lower part of her face is usually covered by a cloth mask, and her head is usually covered by her cloak.

  284. She has a slender, yet toned, and full body. Her body is covered by a breastplate with the sign of Vardama etched onto the gauntlets, and her body is covered by a dark cloak. At her left hip is a Khopesh, and the front of her right thigh is a pistol. At her lower legs are a pair of charcoal grey leather boots.

  286. Hun'rar crosses his arms as he watches the town, as if willing the evil taint to recede by pure force of will. He has been following orders to wait for more reinforcements to arrive but the knight is chomping at the bit to purge the town, armored foot tapping the ground.

  292. This Mul'niessa stands proudly upright, regardless of how tall her four and one-half foot stature fares compared to those around her. Her flesh is a median medium grey, with a hint of blue, though may appear darker in contrast to alabaster hair. Though lengthy, her mane is firmly kept against her scalp, between her dagger-like ears, and down her back in rows of small braids that themselves weave into a large tail hanging down her spine.

She is dressed simply in a triangular, tapered wrap of white cloth that forms an angled hemline between left knee and right thigh, crosses at the small of her back, again across her chest, and completes around her neck with an off-center knot. Additional wraps of fur cover arms and legs when the climate demands it, and a subdued gray cloak keeps wind and rain away as needed. Around her neck is a small mithrail chain that weaves together in a pattern to form a pendant at her throat out of its own length.
  295. Aya looks over the town, as it is. Primarily, she notes the barricades and the soldiers. "Why, exactly, do they need us? Even incompetent soldiers can burn out mindless undead, can't they?"
