  1. Greetings gentlemen,
  2.
  3. I am writing this email with reference to the CIB Case #0054. A lot has happened lately, so far I've told Felix about the arguments that I had with Odin, but there's more.
  4. Today he had an argument with Penwald as well.
  5. This is an explanation from Penwald himself about the situation that happened which triggered a case.

  7. "Now. Paul Morgan pulls Katelin Wood over, issues her a ticket for something that I cant remember. Then Jack Coleman drove his van right past the drug den, heading south. Katelin Wood was let go by Paul Morgan, and Katelin hit Jack's vans front left corner of the bumper, leaving back a dent and scratches. After that she took off. Moments later, Paul Morgan called me over /r and said he might have some CiB business for me. I was WILLIAM at that time, investigating case #0052. So i met Jack Coleman infront of PD and took him in for questioning and statements inside the CiB HQ. After a little chat with him, he mentioned about an SD card which he removed from the dashcamera moments after the crash. We RPd watching the tape and got a confirmation that a blue sabre did actually hit the van and then took off. We RPd getting the plate, searched it through the MDC, after which it came out that Katelin Wood is the owner of this vehicle. I went through the public database RPly, and found out that Katelin Wood works in DoC, as a Captain. After which i contacted Jake Morgan to have a little chat with him about Katelin. He then said that he was in this vehicle aswell during the incident"

  9. So far, we have a video tape, full, not cut, that Katelin's Sabre hits Jack's van. You can see both Katelin and Jake Morgan inside the vehicle, faces visible and recognizable. At first when Jake was questioned, he was denying, but after Penwald showed him the video, he admitted to everything, and begged Penwald not to spread the word about the situation.

  11. Odin found out about the situation, and first started a conversation with me in which he said that we are not to take charges against Katelin, reason:hearing. First of all, we don't have a court, second, he said the situation is word against word, but it actually isn't. I recognized both Jake Morgan and Katelin in the video, because I know them personally. We have a testimony from Jake Morgan in which he admits the whole situation, that Katelin was driving at the time of the crash, and that they fled afterwards. But even with this evidence, we still did not said that we are going to straight up arrest Katelin. The plan was to first interogate her, get her to admit it and then charge and arrest her. But Odin wrapped up in his mind that we want to arrest her without interogation, evne when we told him we won't do that.
  12. Odin is attempting to bend the law, mentioning procedures that aren't in any manual, not LAPD's, not CIB's. When I showed him all the evidence, and what we plan to do next, he want full rage and yelled at me for not doing my job properly, and poor standards. He tried to kick me off the case, a case from the division I lead, and threatened to fire me from the department.
  13. Later on he apologized, and said that Penwald and I are probably right, but that we need to go easier on them since they have a clean record.

  20. I do not have a paste from the conversation where he appologized and admitted that we are right, and said that we should go easy on them because they are DOC, because they have clean records, and where I explain him that if they stopped, had a discussion, exchange money or numbers so the insurance companies can cover it, this wouldn't have happened. But they decided to flee, as a LEOs, and that is what makes the situation so big.
