  40. "Shoosuteyo machi e deyou (aka Throw Away Your Books, Rally in the Streets)" - I extremely encourage you to watch by Terayama. It's kind of psychedelic and totally mind-blowing. As described in IMDb a Phantasmagoric Materpiece of Rebellious Japanese teen angst. Also worths a mention its awesome soundtrack.
  41.
  42. "Sway/Yureru"- Has anyone seen - by Miwa Nishikawa? - One of the most powerful movies I've ever seen. The last two minutes of the film, along with the last reaction shot, will break your heart like nothing else.
  43.
  44. "Rashomon" - It's about a murder/accident that is viewed from different angles, much like - Except the film pretty much says that memory is undependable as the way you first saw something will differ and change as you grow older.
  45.
  46. You literally spend 95% of the film CONVINCED what you saw was a murder. You get inside the head of the witness and slip into this feeling of "Yeah, he's guilty. It's obvious he doesn't give a rat's ass about anyone!"Then the final 5% of the film unfolds and you feel ABSOLUTE REGRET for having been so fucking wrong about said "conviction."
  47. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0436816/
  48.
  49. "Tamago" / The Quiet One
  50.
  51. "Shissou" by Hiroyuki Tanaka (SABU) - it's even more depressing
  52.
  53.
  54. Samurai movies
  55.
  56. "Shigurui - DEATH FRENZY" - Its 12 episodes (20-30min each) and its fucking EPIC and just moody as fuck. Trust me, you will not regret this. I have seen alot of samurai films and this is easily one of the most underappreciated and brilliant. Think of it all as a 3-4 hour epic samurai movie man. Im telling you you will not regret this.
  57. "Hitokiri (also known as tenchu!)"
