  3. Citadel Training: Dark lanterns gain an insight bonus to Diplomacy checks to gather information and sense motive checks equal to half their rogue level.

  5. This ability replaces Trapfinding.

  7. Nondetection (Sp): At 3rd level, the dark lantern has a permanent nondetection effect. The effective caster level is equal to the dark lantern's rogue class level. If this effect gets dispelled or otherwise removed, it immediately returns the following round without the need of an action, so long as the dark lantern is conscious. This effect immediately ends if moved off of the dark lantern to someone or something else.

  12. The Dark Lantern furthermore has access to the following Advanced Rogue Talent:

  14. Hide in City Sprawl (Ex): The dark lantern gains the Hide in Plain Sight class feature, as per the ranger class feature of the same name. However, for the purposes of this class feature, the dark lantern's favored terrains are considered to be urban and underground. The Dark Lantern can later take Hide in Plain Sight as normal for other terrains, but only after selecting this talent.
