  89. Medical Attention
  90. All attempts by a non-Eldar character to
  91. use the Medicae Skill on an Eldar
  92. character of any kind suffer a -10
  93. penalty, though study of xenos
  94. physiology, represented by training in
  95. Forbidden Lore (Xenos), removes this
  96. penalty.
  97. When taking drugs meant for humans,
  98. eldar characters (or humans in a reverse
  99. situation with eldar drugs) must, in order
  100. for the drug to have an effect, take a
  101. Challenging (+0) Toughness Test. The
  102. GM is left to rule whether success
  103. equates to any positive effects or no
  104. effect whatsoever, and also whether or
  105. not failure causes anything. The GM
  106. may decide that drugs unintended for
  107. eldar/humans have no effect whatsoever.
  108. Most bionics intended for humans
  109. (cortex implants, bionic limbs, etc.)
  110. should not function with eldar. The GM
  111. may rule on whether or not these
  112. integrate with eldar anatomy properly or
  113. not.
  114.
  115. Alien Appearances
  116. When attempting to Disguise himself as
  117. a human, a craftworld eldar takes a -30
  118. penalty to any use of the Disguise Skill
  119. against the Scrutiny Skill of a member of
  120. the race he is impersonating.
  121. Arms and Armor
  122. Craftworld eldar take no penalties for
  123. utilizing human weapon systems, but
  124. they do seem very unwieldy to eldar.
  125. Additionally, human armor does not fit
  126. eldar comfortably.
  127.
  128. Common Skills
  129. All craftworld eldar characters gain
  130. Common Lore (Eldar) (Int), Speak
  131. Language (Eldar) (Int), and Charm (Fel).
  132.
  133. Keen Senses
  134. All craftworld eldar characters begin

  136. Hearing) Talents and the Dark Sight
  137. Trait.
  138. Matchless Grace
  139. All craftworld eldar begin with the
  140. Catfall and Sprint Talents and the
  141. Unnatural Agility (x2) Trait.
  142.
  143. Non-Imperial
  144. The character suffers a -10 penalty on all
  145. Common Lore, Forbidden Lore, and
  146. Scholastic Lore Tests relating to the
  147. Imperium of Man.
  148.
  149. Speak Not Unto the Alien
  150. The creature suffers a -20 penalty on all
  151. Fellowship-based Tests when dealing
  152. with humans, and imposes the same
  153. penalty on humans. These penalties do
  154. not apply when dealing with individuals
  155. who have become familiar with them.
  156. Finally, the presence of any xenos
  157. aboard a human vessel is unsettling for
  158. the crew. The continued presence of one
  159. or more xenos player characters aboard a
  160. ship reduces its Morale by 2.
  161.
  162. Mastery of Small Craft: The Void-master can re-roll all failed
  163. Pilot Tests with small craft (shuttles, heavy lifters, guncutters,
  164. starfighters, bombers, and so forth).
  165.
  166. Eldar Weapon Familiarity: Treat all Eldar weapons as non-exotic and all non-eldar weapons to exotic.
  167.
  168. Better Hated Than Enslaved: Can't ever be a Sanctioned Xenos
  169.
  170. Backstory:
  171. Arphenion is a young Eldar from the dying Craftworld of Iyanden. For centuries, he served as a soldier in the fleet of the Craftworld Iyanden. Despite the many calamities that the beleaguered Craftworld suffered, Arphenion managed to survive and hang on, until the assault of Hive Fleet Kraken. During the assault, he fought as a fighter pilot for the craftworld, forced to watch the devastation of his home from a distance as he swept through Tyranid bio-ships with his fleet. However, the timely arrival of Prince Yriel and the Spear of Twilight turned the fight around. Unfortunately, the devastated craftworld held nothing more for the man, and he departed along with one of Prince Yriel's corsair groups. He spent years as a corsair, learning the skills necessary to pilot or use nearly any vehicle on land, air, or space. This would all change nearly a decade later, on a certain fateful meeting with a certain Rogue Trader named Yekaterina Eisen-Fae III.
  172.
  173. At a port of call, he met the young, quarter-xeno, gambling and winning. He sat down at the table, and promptly lost all of his money. Rather than back down, the prideful Eldar insisted to play one more round. While the Rogue Trader was interested in his sword, he instead bet his service and skills. Confident in his victory, he played what should have been a winning hand...but was defeated anyway. While his kind don't put much stock in deals with Mon'Keigh, his stubbornness would prevent him from backing down and just leaving with his corsairs, instead joining the crew of the young Rogue Trader. Still, he chafes at the idea of being subordinate to a Mon'Keigh, and seeks to figure his way out from under her thumb at first opportunity.
  174.

  176. Height: 6'3"
  177. Weight: 170 lbs.
  178. Eyes: Blue
  179. Hair: White
