POOL CONNECTION ISSUES

Nearly every issue I've looked into has been one of the following, please try and resolve the issue first before PMing me, if you still have issues please file a support ticket and I will try and sort it out as soon as possible.

1. Incorrect miner information, some were still accidentally mining using their BC address, others only specified the worker name, it's username.workername (like it shows in the table for worker name), other's had incorrect passwords specified (use the correct worker password!).

2. They were banned by the system for spamming invalid shares, a lot of cases it's due to you spamming invalid worker credentials (e.g. spamming your BC address) or correcting to the wrong port (they've changed now) and spamming invalid shares. Please wait at least 10 minutes, check you have everything correct and try again: http://blackcoinpool.com/quick-start

3. Connecting to the wrong port! This is one of the most common issues, PLEASE SEE: http://blackcoinpool.com/quick-start and make sure you are connecting to the correct port.

4. There have been issues where people are creating a single worker and using it for multiple mining rigs or hashes. You MUST create a SEPARATE worker for each LOGICAL miner and EACH hash type, (e.g. if you run two instances of sgminer you should have two separate workers). For example if I was mining scrypt with 2 miners, sha with 1 miner, x11 with 2 miners, and scrypt-n with 1 miner I would create the following workers.
    - StGNU.scrypt_1
    - StGNU.scrypt_2
    - StGNU.sha
    - StGNU.x11_1
    - StGNU.x11_2
    - StGNU.scryptn

5. During testing we established that there is some sort of issue with old versions of BFGMiner, if you are using BFGMiner and having issues PLEASE download the latest version of it: http://bfgminer.org

6. In other cases it has been an issue with users trying to do X11 mining with cpu miner or ccminer for Nvidia cards, please check your configurations thoroughly. Try and connect to scrypt using known settings that you are certain worked before and verify those work before trying X11. In some cases due to improper configurations some minors have been banned for spamming invalid shares, try waiting at least 10 minutes and try again with proper configurations if this is the case.

7. In ONE case there was a miner who's ISP banned using port 3333 due to some worm on their network.

8. If you're still having issues please file a ticket: http://support.blackcoinpool.com and provide as much details as possible including the following:
  - Description of the issue
  - Account email
  - Workers (that's username.worker) that are having issues
  - Algorithm/server you are trying to mine that's having issues
  - A screenshot or logfile containing any information that could help us solve the issue
