Chakral cleansing

Begin in a comfortable position, back straight.
Calm your breathing and slow your pulse
When this has been accomplished, we may begin.

For the sake of simplicity, I'll list the chakras (or at least the terms for them that I have learned) here, beginning from the top and working down.
Crown
Third eye
Throat
Heart
Solar plexus
Sacral
Root

During this technique, we'll begin at the crown and work down.

Envision your crown's chakral energy as a white ball of light.
Note any obstructions or impurities and dispose of them in any way you prefer.
They can be burned away by the bright light, picked off and tossed away, pushed down into the earth... whatever method you feel comfortable with.
Once the impurities have been removed, and the white light is pure and clean, push the ball down to the third eye, feeling the energy from the crown combining with the energy from the third eye.
Repeat the cleansing process for each chakral point.
When you get to the Root, the process begins in the same manner, but does not end in the same manner.
Impurities are removed as per the above mentioned method. After having now combined the energy of all your chakral points into this one, bright point, release the ball into the earth beneath you to be filtered before drawing it all back in from the Root, working your way back up to your crown.
