Intro Seconds 0-3

Seconds 4-12 (8) The masses flocked to B-L-I in search of freedom and safety.  But in the war torn world, that dream soon ended.

Seconds 13-37 (24) Soon, plague spread and crippled the population. Taxes increased to the point of mass debt.  The media began a permanent regime campaign to shape the patriotism of the youth.  A massive wall was erected to sever most connections with the outside world, and the border traffic allowance was set to entrance only.  Inside the walls became a ruthless police state with no hope of personal privacy.
And a massive army began to take shape.
