Johnny at the Hole in the World

(2:28:40 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Yupe, this here is a bottemless pit alright"

(2:28:47 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Probably"

(2:29:41 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "So what we've got now are a variety of options to make this work"

(2:30:14 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Option A, we jump down and hope for the best, just so you know Option A is terrible, but at the same time could be fun for a while until it gets boring"

(2:30:51 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Option B is similar to Option A, except it involves me picking up Ai, throwing her down the hole and then seeing what happens"
(2:31:12 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Sadly, Option B wouldn't really do much to help out and is mainly an option because it would be hilarious"
(2:32:14 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny starts to pace around the hole, with dragongirl following to ensure Johnny is being glared at the entire time
(2:32:32 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Then we have the non terrible options that might actually do something to help"
(2:32:47 PM) DarkenedHG: It's big, well over the size of a normal room, and flickers of gold and gems can be seen lining the edge.
(2:34:14 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Option C involves making a hole inside of the hole and intercepting the falling treasure, this is probably the most likely plan to work, but at the same time is really boring, so not a fan"
(2:35:12 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "And then we have the most logical option of them all, Option D, where we trick the bottomless pit into thinking that it's upsidedown so that everything comes out the top"

(2:36:24 PM) DarkenedHG: She pushes Johnny in.
(2:36:52 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Option A it is then!  Lets gooooooooooo"
(2:38:14 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny as he falls, Johnny entwines the chain with her hand to pull the dragongirl with him, forcing her to choose between falling with him and saving him
(2:40:22 PM) DarkenedHG: She's caught with the difficult choice between having to let go of something she likes and risking saving Johnny and fails to do either!
(2:42:06 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Gotta say, this is kind of awkward"
(2:42:12 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Leaving me hanging like this"
(2:42:38 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "I even drew out the go all nice and fancy"
(2:43:11 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "But seriously though, can you fly or anything?  Because that would make this a lot easier"

(2:44:12 PM) DarkenedHG: She tries flapping her arms!
(2:44:27 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "True, but magic is always a thing"
(2:44:29 PM) DarkenedHG: After which something in the dark tries to snap Johnny out of the air.
(2:45:18 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny uses his hold on the dragongirl and the chain to pull himself out of the pit and away from the snatching
(2:55:50 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny upon noticing that something is attempting to grab him, he does the only logical thing.  Working together with the dragongirl who doesn't want to risk him being stolen away to grab on to the mysterious snatcher to stop their fall.
(3:07:19 PM) DarkenedHG: Johnny spins in mid-air and grabs the snatcher!
(3:07:36 PM) DarkenedHG: Pinning its scaly rough form effortlessly, as if being wrestled is its one true weakness.
(3:07:47 PM) DarkenedHG: The two crash into cold treasureless water.
(3:07:50 PM) DarkenedHG: Well it feels like water.
(3:08:03 PM) DarkenedHG: A dragon-schoolgirl promptly lands on Johnny.
(3:11:16 PM) DarkenedHG: The thing tries to resist
(3:11:30 PM) DarkenedHG: Short legs and long jaws surge for Johnny's mouth in its natural habitat.
(3:11:42 PM) DarkenedHG: You can hear the sound of others in the water, followed by munching sounds.
(3:12:13 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Hmm, well this looks like it could be fun"
(3:12:14 PM) DarkenedHG: Yes, it sounds exactly like a dragon turned into a schoolgirl eating sewer alligators would sound.
(3:15:09 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Having fun over there?"
(3:15:32 PM) DarkenedHG: "NO!"
(3:15:42 PM) DarkenedHG: "This doesn't taste good at all."
(3:15:50 PM) DarkenedHG: Whimpers can be heard from her general direction.
(3:16:17 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny swims around easily and casually dodges out of the way of the alligators and moves over to pull away the alligators from the dragongirl
(3:16:41 PM) DarkenedHG: "MINE"
(3:17:15 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny stares at her
(3:17:19 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Fair enough"
(3:21:04 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny continues to ignore the alligators trying to attack him and just watches the dragongirl tear into them "So just to be clear, you're actually complaining about having to deal with these pests, but when I take away your toys you complain about that as well"
(3:21:18 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Seriously, you're pretty bad at not being adorable"
(3:21:36 PM) DarkenedHG: "Shut up!"
(3:22:43 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Adooorable"
(3:23:24 PM) DarkenedHG: Johnny finds an alligator thrown at him.
(3:24:47 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny jukes out of the way whilst laughing
(3:25:01 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "But seriously though, as fun as this is, time to get back to work"

(3:27:00 PM) DarkenedHG: "Where?"
(3:28:24 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Downstream of course"
(3:30:08 PM) DarkenedHG: She starts swimming.
(3:31:11 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny swims after her, making sure to stay close
(3:31:42 PM) DarkenedHG: The current gets stronger!
(3:31:45 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny wonders if he should mention that the last time that he tried this, it ended with him meeting her, but decides against it
(3:33:23 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny looks to see if he can see anything further ahead, whilst at the same time trying to see if he can estimate how far away the danger is
(3:33:34 PM) DarkenedHG: And continues getting stronger, as the sewer gradually starts to slope downward.
(3:33:45 PM) DarkenedHG: Not terribly further
(3:34:00 PM) DarkenedHG: And it's too dark to see much anything.
(3:37:12 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Y'know, now that I think about it, this is probably leading to a waterfall"
(3:37:26 PM) DarkenedHG: Dragon-girl stares.
(3:37:27 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Kinda curious about what's at the bottom"
(3:37:28 PM) DarkenedHG: "And?"
(3:37:30 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "You?"
(3:37:58 PM) DarkenedHG: Indeed, you can feel the curve getting gradually more severe, like you're moving along the edge of a sphere until you're vertical.
(3:38:06 PM) DarkenedHG: But you don't hear the sound of water crashing into anything.
(3:39:41 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Eh, just felt like warning you before we fall into another pit or whatever"
(3:41:11 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny sighs
(3:41:36 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "This is just getting boring, time to get out of the sewer and see if there's anything else interesting here"
(3:46:08 PM) DarkenedHG: And you find yourself falling
(3:46:18 PM) DarkenedHG: Now, the sewers running up and down rather than across
(3:46:22 PM) DarkenedHG: With black emptiness below you.
(3:46:49 PM) DarkenedHG: It's not even dark, because darkness implies that there's something there that isn't getting filled with light. This is merely nothing.
(3:46:50 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny makes sure to stay within arms length of the dragongirl
(3:46:57 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "So"
(3:47:34 PM) DarkenedHG: She dives, digging into the ground and catching herself with her bare hands, even as Johnny falls from her grip.
(3:47:46 PM) DarkenedHG: Johnny's chain*
(3:47:56 PM) DarkenedHG: Stone scatters in her wake.
(3:50:48 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny notices the dragongirl deciding to stop, and grabs onto the side as well

(3:52:04 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Well this was fun and all, but sadly nothing interesting down here"
(3:52:37 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny starts to climb his way back up to the sewer, making sure the grab the chain on the way to keep the dragongirl close
(3:59:33 PM) DarkenedHG: She's lost her grip on the chain but is more than able to pull herself upward underwater, digging out holes in the ground to do so.
(4:03:30 PM) Mishie|Johnny: As they both start to swim back to where the alligators were, Johnny decides that these sewers have been incredibly boring so far, and as such the best thing to do would be to pick random paths that lead upward
(4:03:43 PM) DarkenedHG: He finds himself reaching the surface!
(4:03:57 PM) DarkenedHG: Well outside of the shop.
(4:04:05 PM) DarkenedHG: With a rather irritated and wet dragon-girl following him.
(4:04:14 PM) DarkenedHG: Pepole edge away from the crazy man leaving the sewers.

(4:06:10 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Okay"
(4:06:23 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Good news is, we now know a lot more about what happened"
(4:06:44 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Bad news is that I'm not really in the mood for an adventure outside of reality"
(4:07:10 PM) DarkenedHG: "Go fetch."
(4:07:26 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "So here's what I'm thinking, we're going to go back to my place, swap into clothes that haven't been in a sewer and then maybe go check in on the others"

(4:08:15 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny looks between the sewers and the dragongirl
(4:08:23 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "Yeah, it's not really going anyway"
(4:08:30 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "If anything, it's safer there now!"
(4:08:55 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "But the main thing is that we know where it is, kinda, and we know that it isn't really going anywhere"
(4:09:11 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "And as much fun as it is to just charge in blindly, it's even more fun to actually succeed"
(4:10:05 PM) Mishie|Johnny: "The whole point of this wasn't to get shit right the first time, but to get more information for later.  Yeah it would have been nice to have everything work out for us nice and simply, but well, the world doesn't work like that."

(4:27:27 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny heads towards his wardrobe, grabbing out a set of clothing for himself, and then looking around for where Ai keeps her spare clothes.

(4:30:27 PM) DarkenedHG: "I never had to wear them before."

(5:45:53 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny he stops at the most dangerous point in the entire apartment, the one reason why he chose to live here instead of somewhere nicer

(5:46:44 PM) ***Mishie|Johnny pokes at the spot and watches as cracks start to spider out from the walls, growing faster and faster and the entire building starts to come apart
