Go to control panel
Then click on systems and security
Then click on system
ten click on advanced system settings
Go to environment variables
Scroll down to "Path"
Add this at the end C:\xampp\php\;
press ok

Now from cmd

Do this

cd C:\Users\Yourname\Desktop (hit enter)
C:\xampp\php\php.exe bot.php (the name of the php file/qbot)

and itlll run
