Installation with one copy-paste the PPA or use your add-repository GUI.
 TIP: This PPA is Only FOR UBUNTU and forks (Linux Mint), NOT for Debian and other forks (Linux Mint Debian Edition, etc.).

Simply copy-paste all this box in a terminal :
sudo -v

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:cairo-dock-team/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install cairo-dock cairo-dock-plug-ins # or if the dock is already installed => # sudo apt-get dist-upgrade


for Ubuntu-Mint add PPA: http://download.tuxfamily.org/glxdock/repository/debian/dists/stable/cairo-dock/binary-amd64/
for Fedora add PPA: http://download.tuxfamily.org/glxdock/repository/fedora/fedora-18/
