While it's true we have workers who get higher salaries we take into account their eco skills, in fact i just checked a couple of them and they all had equips that raised their eco skill significantly (at least enough to warrant a small raise), hence why they get paid a bit more.  ★ loako regularly checks the market to make sure our workers always have the very best salaries and enough that it doesn't drain our funds every week, that way you always get a steady and way above average source of income and there'll be no worries that we might have to delay your payment down the line.

However, we really appreciate your loyalty and longevity with the SC so i gave you a raise up of 0.2, now your Gold  per work day should be 3.3, just be aware that for a while we won't be able to raise your salary much more, otherwise after about half a year we'd start losing money and won't be able to give all our workers a good pay.
