- Customers connected to cxswitch01.dllstx03's second stack unit or switches
- uplinked to this unit experienced an Internet reachability failure due to a
- software crash. The total time of the outage was 40 minutes as the issue was
- investigated and the switch stack unit rebooted. By 11:08 AM CDT all services
- had returned to normal. If you had a redundant uplink there should have been
- little or no interruption of service.
- We are working with the switch manufacturer to be sure all software and hardware
- are patched and updated to prevent a recurrence of this issue.
